das Personal im You and Me in Trieste ist einzigartig. Sie sind extrem freundlich und bemüht und versuchen wirklich, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen! Dies bezieht sich sowohl auf die Damen und den Herrn am Empfang als auch auf die Damen beim Frühstücksbuffet. Die Damen, die unser Zimmer reinigten, habe ich nur einmal gesehen aber auch die waren sehr sehr freundlich und haben sofort gefragt, ob wir noch irgendetwas brauchen oder wollen. Ein großes Kompliment zu Ihren MitarbeiterInnen. Freunde von uns kommen Ende Mai und sind schon sehr gespannt, ob wirklich alles stimmt, was wir über dieses Hotel erzählen 😉.

Das Frühstück war sehr köstlich,sehr appetitlich und man hat alles bekommen,wie selbstgepresster Orangensaft, Kaffees und Tees,weiches Ei, viele Wurst und Käsesorten Gebäck,Lachs,Müsli,Joghurt,frisches Obst,Mehlspeisen und noch viel mehr. Every staff member was amazing, friendly and service with smile. Best breakfast in any hotel we have stayed in Italy! Especially the sweet part of the buffet was to die for! Even though 20EUR is a bit steep to pay extra for the dog per day, he was well noted with cute little bag of treats (which he loved!) and a feeding bowl.

The lovely lady working upon check in, I didn’t get her name but she had red hair. She was so so wonderful and helpful especially given than I am in a wheelchair, she went out of her way to open the door with the ramp anytime my partner and I were coming and going. We received really useful advise from David on reception. He was able to assist us with restaurant recommendations - which were wonderful. He also assisted us with providing very clear directions to use public transport to take ourselves to Miramar Castle on the local bus. Eccezionale la Signora responsabile della colazione e brave anche le collaboratrici,che fanno di tutto per farti iniziare bene la giornata,ottima la pulizia delle stanze,comunque tutto il personale si è prodigato per rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Graditissimo l'omaggio a fine soggiorno.
