The apartment was stunning! You have thought of everything! The location was perfect. The management was very informative and friendly and understanding. Thank you so much for everything!

Thank you so much to (Ana I think it was?) who met us at the vaporetto station and led us to our apartment. She was so nice and helpful, and after an early morning of travel and getting ourselves oriented, her kindness and consideration was much appreciated. The only suggestion I would make is to go through all the pamphlets with us, as we missed some important information regarding the trash drop off and had to scramble the morning of our departure to ensure the trash was properly disposed of. Other than that, can't wait for our next trip to Venice, and we'll be sure to use Views on Venice again. Thank you!!

We have been using Views on Venice for our visits to the Venice Art Biennale for many years now and the quality of the apartments have been great, but what really stands up is the incredible service of Cristina. She is very professional, resourceful, efficient and also a joy to treat with. Congrats for your excellent service

Apartment was lovely. Arrival was smooth and attentive and helpful. Overall a 10/10. Might want to change/clean the air conditioner filters (we did it) but everything was top flight.

Management was always very quick to respond. Extremely pleasant experience. Thank you!

Fantastic stay at an amazing property. Management took care of coordinating all transportation from Ravenna to Venice. The driver was ready for us on arrival, walked us to the water taxi and we were met at the dock by a representative who walked us to the property. Seamless process. It was fantastic as none of us had been in Venice before. We had very minor issues and they were resolved immediately. We would highly recommend staying at this specific property. Wish we could have used them in Rome.

Congratulate management on solving the two small issues we had very quickly: a non-functioning coffee maker and a noisy air conditioning unit.

2026-08-03

We had a wonderful stay at your property in Venice. Will gladly recommend it to others traveling to Venice.

A wonderful place to stay!! The help from Tomi was fantastic in ordering water taxis and showing us through the apartment. A perfect spot close to everything and right next door to a very famous cat!!! Would definitely recommend.

2026-03-25

The apartment location was perfect! The only issue we had was the dryers were not working when we arrived.

2026-03-19

Thank you for an amazing stay! The apartment as lovely. The only issue we had as the maintenance (painting) before 7:00 but you were quickly to respond and it was a one time inconvenience. Everything else about our stay was excellent.

2026-03-18

You provided excellent help on transportation information.

2026-03-18

Marta, Annalisa and Cristina did an excellent job making arrangements and answering my many questions promptly. They were a pleasure to work with. They made planning effortless. We loved our tours and our tour guide, Silvia. She was so kind, interesting and professional. Our whole group loved her tours. The water taxi arrangements were perfect from the airport and to the train station. We were so sad to leave Venice and are already talking about a return trip. A sincere thanks to the staff of Views on Venice - it was a perfect vacation.

Très bonne qualité de l’accueil

2026-03-13

From the time we booked the venue to the moment we arrived the process was excellent. It was great to be offered the opportunity to have a private water taxi. Caterina was very nice and dealt with our queries in a very professional manner. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was also excellent.

2026-03-03

Thank you for helping us coordinate a special vacation.

Thank you to Rachele for suggesting this beautiful apartment. We would happily come back. Thank you also for the efficient help in booking water taxis, and instantly solving a hot water problem in the showers (on a Sunday) We do and will continue to recommend Views On Venice very highly.

The management was great. They were very helpful trip from the airport to the VRBO. Our manager helped us with NYE transportation. I cannot speak highly enough about them!

2025-12-20

Pour le reste parfait ! Merci

Amazing stat again. She was so helpful in the pick up from the airport and drop off to the train station. Will def stay again at same location for a third time
