Silvio was an excellent initial point of contact when we arrived at our designated dock in Venice. He was affable, patient, and overall very helpful. He took the time to point things out for us, including several great, local restaurants that we took advantage of while we were there.

We were very well looked after, thank you. The accommodation was just what we needed, comfortable and in a brilliant position. And just the right size. Our questions were answered, and we were assisted with the water taxi bookings and recommendations made about Venice. It was all glorious, we’d love to return.

Amazing apartment and perfect location for exploring Venice. Apartment was well appointed and spacious for a group of 3 couples and a friend. Wish we could have stayed longer as it was beautiful and had so many amenities as well. Booking was smooth and the host was very nice and offered many suggestions and helped book us water taxi and driver for our late arrival in Venice. Highly recommend this five stars.

Marco or Matteo (sorry can’t recall his name) helped us to put our bags in storage and provided a new code to retrieve the bags for our departure.
