voglio semplicemente segnalare la ragazza giovane bionda con la treccia forse nuova, non conosco il nome ma ho avuto modo di parlare con lei solo 2 volte (menomale perchè la terza avrei chiamato il Direttore) ed entrambi le volte è stata scorbutica utilizzando brutti toni. Forse non sa che gli ospiti sono clienti che vanno trattati al meglio, credo sia la base del lavoro che svolge in questo modo perderete i clienti. Per il resto tutto abbastanza bene.

It’s really about the entire staff. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful. The receptionist even remembered that we had stayed there before, as did the breakfast staff. And the breakfast, by the way, is one of the best we’ve had in all of Italy. We will definitely be coming back!
