2026-07-15

I’d like to thank one of the restaurant staff members who took care of us during our stay. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was always incredibly welcoming and friendly. What impressed me most was that she remembered our preferences without us having to ask again—like serving my steak well done and preparing my coffee with extra hot water. It may seem like a small thing, but those thoughtful details made us feel genuinely cared for. Thank you for making every meal a pleasant experience!

2026-07-13

Grazie per la disponibilità e la cortesia ricevuta

2026-07-05

Íme egy természetes, elegáns angol értékelés: I celebrated my 30th birthday here with my family of eight, and we had the most wonderful time! The entire team was incredibly attentive and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. Both the breakfast and dinner were absolutely first-class, with outstanding quality and delicious food. A special thank you to Tommy, the bartender, who impressed us every evening with creative, high-quality cocktails that perfectly complemented our dinners. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

2026-07-06

The dining is consistently outstanding, with exquisite dishes crafted from local ingredients that beautifully showcase the cuisine of Sud Tirol, all paired with impeccable service. We find ourselves returning again and again, creating lasting memories while witnessing your ongoing commitment to elevating every aspect of our experience. Roland and Julia, your passion and care shine through in everything you do, creating something truly special. We feel so fortunate to experience it and already can’t wait for our next visit.

2026-03-18

Dear EdenSelva Mountain Resort Team, Thank you for an exceptional and memorable stay. From the moment I arrived, the experience reflected a perfect balance of thoughtful design and genuine hospitality. Barbara provided an excellent check-in — warm, efficient, and welcoming, setting the tone immediately. Dining service from Aisa was attentive and polished, and Andrea brought a wonderful combination of professionalism and jovial personality that made each interaction enjoyable. The bar service from Matia was equally outstanding, with great attention to detail and a relaxed, inviting presence. Housekeeping service throughout my stay was excellent — discreet, thorough, and consistently maintaining the high standards of the property. The award-winning contemporary design, combined with exceptional old-world service, creates something truly special. This is clearly led masterfully by Julia, whose leadership is reflected in every department and every interaction. The cohesion of the team and consistency of service did not go unnoticed. I will absolutely recommend EdenSelva to others and look forward to returning again. Thank you for creating such a refined, welcoming, and memorable experience. Warm regards, David Negrete

2026-03-15

Advice on where to ski was excellent. The 2 girls working in the restaurant were excellent.

2026-03-02

Andrea from the breakfast was really nice.

2026-03-01

Thanks particularly to the bar man and the garage/ski man who were both very helpful and attentive

2026-02-23

Vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl und sehr verwöhnt in wunderschönen Hotel Eden Selva! Tolles Essen, sehr erholsame Spa Bereich, perfekte Location!

2026-02-22

Andrea was an absolute star, and when he was off for two days, the service was noticeably poorer for it. We really appreciate the approach you took to allowing us to retain one of the three rooms on the final day so that we could store our belongings and shower/change after skiing and before the transfer - that was a very nice touch.

2026-02-18

servus roland, DANKE für die mittlerweile langjährige gastfreundschaft ! ich freue mich jedes jahr wieder gast bei euch sein zu dürfen. danke rainer

2026-02-04

All was excellent !

2026-01-25

Thank you for everything. Your staff were truly amazing. When we first arrived, a young man kindly took our skiing equipment to the ski closet, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The restaurant staff — Eisa, Andreu, and Mattheu — did an outstanding job. We genuinely felt seen and well cared for. They remembered our coffee and drink preferences, which made the experience feel very personal. They were kind, welcoming, smiling, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean in our room, and the food was very good, which made our experience even better.

2026-01-21

Really nice and relaxed atmosphere at the hotel. We really liked our stay and the service from the staff.
