The entire team was incredibly attentive and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. Both the breakfast and dinner were absolutely first-class, with outstanding quality and delicious food. A special thank you to Tommy, the bartender, who impressed us every evening with creative, high-quality cocktails that perfectly complemented our dinners. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay - all of the staff were incredible. the room was big and clean, the room was also cleaned twice daily which is great. Much better than expected. A bit warm at night and couldn’t control temperature but not a big deal. All in all 10/10

Andrea was an absolute star, and when he was off for two days, the service was noticeably poorer for it. We really appreciate the approach you took to allowing us to retain one of the three rooms on the final day so that we could store our belongings and shower/change after skiing and before the transfer - that was a very nice touch.

Thank you for everything. Your staff were truly amazing. When we first arrived, a young man kindly took our skiing equipment to the ski closet, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The restaurant staff — Eisa, Andreu, and Mattheu — did an outstanding job. We genuinely felt seen and well cared for. They remembered our coffee and drink preferences, which made the experience feel very personal. They were kind, welcoming, smiling, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean in our room, and the food was very good, which made our experience even better.
