Fantastic stay - all of the staff were incredible. the room was big and clean, the room was also cleaned twice daily which is great. Much better than expected. A bit warm at night and couldn’t control temperature but not a big deal. All in all 10/10

Thank you for everything. Your staff were truly amazing. When we first arrived, a young man kindly took our skiing equipment to the ski closet, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The restaurant staff — Eisa, Andreu, and Mattheu — did an outstanding job. We genuinely felt seen and well cared for. They remembered our coffee and drink preferences, which made the experience feel very personal. They were kind, welcoming, smiling, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
