The bar service from Matia was equally outstanding, with great attention to detail and a relaxed, inviting presence. Housekeeping service throughout my stay was excellent — discreet, thorough, and consistently maintaining the high standards of the property. Andrea was an absolute star, and when he was off for two days, the service was noticeably poorer for it. We really appreciate the approach you took to allowing us to retain one of the three rooms on the final day so that we could store our belongings and shower/change after skiing and before the transfer - that was a very nice touch.

Thank you for everything. Your staff were truly amazing. When we first arrived, a young man kindly took our skiing equipment to the ski closet, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The restaurant staff — Eisa, Andreu, and Mattheu — did an outstanding job. We genuinely felt seen and well cared for. They remembered our coffee and drink preferences, which made the experience feel very personal. They were kind, welcoming, smiling, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean in our room, and the food was very good, which made our experience even better.
