The minute you walk into the hotel you feel welcomed. it is such a positive and relaxing atmosphere, which we really enjoyed and appreciate. This goes for everyone on the team. Keep on doing what you are doing. An absolutely amazing experience.

Das Team an der Rezeption ist durchweg immer sympathisch. Finde es persönlich auch toll, dass ich dort inzwischen geduzt werde. Ich mag das. Außerdem finde ich toll, dass zwischen 2025 und 2026 kaum Veränderungen im Service Team passiert sind. Das wird so von Jahr zu Jahr eingespielter.

We were beyond impressed with quality of our accommodation, the attention to detail, anticipation of needs with each amenity in our room. We especially loved our cozy "nest" with the panoramic windows. We purchased the Santre throw blanket, it was so plush. As for the staff, EXEMPLARY! Victoria in the spa, a massage and Sense facial. Wonderful! All the staff in the dining room, pardon the spelling...Romina, assisted with setting up soup for my husband when he was ill. All the waitsatff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We only wished we could've stayed longer! Truly a highlight to end our 2 week holiday in Italy.

This was really a spectacular and memorable stay for us. Every staff member was respectful, personable and focussed on the guest experience. We appreciated the hiring of young staff members at the restaurant, and allowing them to build up their interpersonal and service skillset (and to be honest, they appear very experienced and professional). We thank the chef for sharing his recipe to us, we hope to recreate the addictive ‘Santre potato salad’ at home :) And to the wonderful owners, thank you for bringing this wonderful vision to life. We have already recommended to our friends to stay here. It truly was special.
