Richard is brasilian like us and came to us to spend some time talking, great guy, discret, nice chat and very friendly. Für uns war es wichtig, dass ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden sind, was der Fall gewesen ist. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Die Anmeldung für das WLAN war uns zu aufwändig. Es war unangenehm, dass man die kompletten Personalien angeben muss und man nicht weiß, wo die landen.

Beurteilung für das Be Place Hotel Das Be Place ist ein modernes, neues Hotel, das in allen Bereichen den heutigen Ansprüchen gerecht wird: stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, stabiles WLAN, Aufzug, gute Erreichbarkeit sowie ausreichend Parkplätze – alles, was man von einem guten Hotel erwarten darf. Doch nun zu dem, was dieses Hotel wirklich besonders macht: die Menschen. Alle Mitarbeiter – ohne Ausnahme – waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Schon beim Einchecken wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die junge Dame an der Rezeption bat uns zunächst in den Nebenraum, wo wir mit frischem Wasser und einer köstlichen Kuchenspezialität (auf Kosten des Hauses) verwöhnt wurden. Erst nachdem der Check-in abgeschlossen war, brachte sie uns persönlich unsere Zimmerkarten und informierte uns ausführlich über den Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer selbst waren makellos sauber, und das Frühstücksbuffet war mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt angerichtet – eine wahre Freude für den Start in den Tag. Genau diese Herzlichkeit, die Liebe zum Detail und die spürbare Gastfreundschaft machen für uns den entscheidenden Unterschied und heben das Be Place deutlich von vielen anderen Häusern ab. A warm welcome when we arrived. During our trip towards the hotel we got a friendly call in our auto. Really all the personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed and bathroom were excellent. The breakfast was extensive, varied and excellent, we would even consider to go out of our way by car for the hotel and its breakfast next time. Thank you all for the pleasant stay.
