A warm welcome when we arrived. During our trip towards the hotel we got a friendly call in our auto. Really all the personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed and bathroom were excellent. The breakfast was extensive, varied and excellent, we would even consider to go out of our way by car for the hotel and its breakfast next time. Thank you all for the pleasant stay.

Il personale di Reception gentilissimo e professionale. Il personale di pulizie camere impeccabile come pure il personale che si occupa della colazione. Una struttura pulita, accogliente e giovane, dove i sorrisi non mancano come non è da meno la professionalità. Le camere sono curate, essenziali ma con tutto ciò che serve. La posizione ottima per raggiungere le principali via di comunicazione compresa l'autostrada ed il parcheggio del centro città. Inoltre pur posizionato in prossimità di una strada provinciale, non ci sono rumori, in quanto alto rispetto al piano strada e con buona insonorizzazione. Parcheggio disponibile e sicuro in quanto recintato.

We had such a wonderful time in the "magical suite" and want to thank everyone for these unforgettable days. The staff, every single member of staff, was super friendly and courteous to us right from the start. We were always helped with a smile and our requests and questions were answered immediately and competently. The sauna in the room and the whirlpool on the roof terrace more than exceeded our expectations, everything was perfect and wonderful. Every morning there were high-quality products for breakfast, always freshly prepared with regional foods. A large selection of bread and rolls, homemade cakes and pastries, various sausage and cheese specialities as well as lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, everything tasted fantastic. We were also impressed by the coffee and the selection of wines and beers. We are and were delighted and will definitely be back. Thank you so much, you made our honeymoon incomparable and unique. Buengiorno, The hotel made this stay in Trento particularly magic. Very welcoming, open to any questions, availabley flexible. While the hotel itself is incredibly well equipped, the personnel are the real heroes, from the cleaning staff to reception and breakfast staff - always with a smiley reactive helpful, how could this not put a smile on our races right from the morning. We asked for a "breakfast package" for our return drive as we left early - a special demqnd that was, again, perfectly met. We literally have no complaints and I can safely say that this was the best hotel experience I have had. Also loved the attention to detail - one example: the Check In. Usually, the customer has to stay at the desk, maybe fill out a big form withthe ID code etc. and only then can have the room - here, we just left the ID cards and could have a coffee, biscuits, juice while the reception took care of it.
