Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir waren zum dritten Mal hintereinander für eine Woche bei Ihnen und waren 2024 und 2025 sehr zufrieden, sonst hätten wir nicht wieder gebucht. Leider war die Mitarbeiterin beim Check-In ziemlich genervt. Es waren aber nur zwei Gäste vor uns. Bei Übergabe Hotelkarte bemerkte sie das wir eine Woche bleiben. Wir antworteten daraufhin ja und wir sind bereits das dritte Mal für eine Woche da. Wir: Bestimmt haben sie für uns ein schönes Zimmer. Wir gingen zu unserem Zimmer wir bekamen Zimmer 210. Für eine Woche ein Zimmer neben dem Parkplatz! Wo ständig Gäste ihre Hunde an den Jasmin Gassi führen, ständig Leute reinschauen können wenn sie vom zum Auto gehen. Man das reinkommen bis spät Abends mitbekommt wenn die Tür zuschlägt. Und Mann eine Woche nur die Jasminhecke sieht wenn man draußen sitzt.Wir hatten die beiden Jahre zuvor jeweils ein Zimmer eine Stockwerk höher. Wir hatten auch bereits Ende letzten Jahres gebucht und verstehen nicht das Gäste die nur auf der Durchreise sind ein Standardzimmer mit besserer Qualität bekommen haben. Wir möchten aber auch den tollen Service am Frühstücksbüffet hervorheben. Dieses war jeden Tag ein Erlebnis. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Alexandra Gebhardt Und Karl-Heinz Schwendner

Ich habe das Hotel als adult friendly gebucht,ich habe nichts gegen Kinder. In der letzten Nacht habe ich mich dennoch sehr gestört gefühlt,über unserem Zimmer gab es bis nach 22:00 Uhr lautes Getrappel von einem Kleinkind. Das könnte man sicher anders lösen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war unglaublich reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen.was mich etwas gestört hat,dass ich immer proaktiv nach Kaffee bitten musste, dadurch kam bei mir das Gefühl auf,lästig zu sein.Vielleicht sollte man dafür eine Service Kraft einstellen. So habe ich auch keine Sonderwünsche geäußert wie zum Beispiel ein weichgekochtes Ei,oder ein Omelette,weil ich nicht lästig sein wollte. Das fand ich sehr schade.

We were very happy with the hotel in every way. Besides how clean and well designed the entire hotel and the rooms, the staff at reception are the best. They were super helpful in making suggestions for day trips, booking restaurants, and generally making us feel welcome and comfortable. If I was management I would give them a performance bonus and ensure they trained other less experienced staff members.

The hotel is very good and we will come again. This was our second stay. The staff is really great and helpfull, especialy the blond young man at the receprtion desk. The breakfast was great too. Our only compliant is about the flexibility for our reservation. It was for 2 nights. We arrived one day in advance and asked the reception girl to move our stay one day behind. There was only one suite available and we were ok to overpay for it. But the receptionist said we have a reservation and we need to respect it, because the period for cancellation wad expired. If we want to stay the night before we need to add one night and pay for it additionally. Nevertheless rhe receptionist was fully right, the feeling wasn't good. Eccept this, our stay was great and we'll come again.

( We were in two two person groups and the second group forgot to mention that they will come in late, but the staff did place their keys on a location accessible at the night time too) Breakfast was very well oriented!

Der Aufenthalt hat unseren Wünschen voll umfänglich entsprochen. Erfreulich war, dass es beim Frühstück praktisch keinen Abfall gibt, weil nicht jedes Produkt extra verpackt ist. Für uns war es wichtig, dass ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden sind, was der Fall gewesen ist. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Die Anmeldung für das WLAN war uns zu aufwändig. Es war unangenehm, dass man die kompletten Personalien angeben muss und man nicht weiß, wo die landen.

Nicht gefällt mir das frühe Frühstücksende, die zeitige Abreise um 10:00 Uhr und das drängen Ihrer Reinigungskräfte. Für mich ist es im Zimmer besonders am Abend, in der Nacht und morgens, durch die Dauerlüftung immer zu kalt.

We have been travelling for 4 weeks. Be Place is the best hotel we have stayed in. We slept the best in your hotel (you provide sheets as opposed to only duvets). You provided exactly what we needed with no extra frills or wastage. The breakfast buffet was perfect , particularly for my coeliac daughter. We also loved the decor of the rooms. We loved our stay and hope to come back. We will recommend it to others.

Schon beim Einchecken wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die junge Dame an der Rezeption bat uns zunächst in den Nebenraum, wo wir mit frischem Wasser und einer köstlichen Kuchenspezialität (auf Kosten des Hauses) verwöhnt wurden. Erst nachdem der Check-in abgeschlossen war, brachte sie uns persönlich unsere Zimmerkarten und informierte uns ausführlich über den Aufenthalt. A warm welcome when we arrived. During our trip towards the hotel we got a friendly call in our auto. Really all the personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed and bathroom were excellent. The breakfast was extensive, varied and excellent, we would even consider to go out of our way by car for the hotel and its breakfast next time. Thank you all for the pleasant stay.
