Der Aufenthalt hat unseren Wünschen voll umfänglich entsprochen. Erfreulich war, dass es beim Frühstück praktisch keinen Abfall gibt, weil nicht jedes Produkt extra verpackt ist. Für uns war es wichtig, dass ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden sind, was der Fall gewesen ist. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Die Anmeldung für das WLAN war uns zu aufwändig. Es war unangenehm, dass man die kompletten Personalien angeben muss und man nicht weiß, wo die landen.

Nicht gefällt mir das frühe Frühstücksende, die zeitige Abreise um 10:00 Uhr und das drängen Ihrer Reinigungskräfte. Für mich ist es im Zimmer besonders am Abend, in der Nacht und morgens, durch die Dauerlüftung immer zu kalt.

We have been travelling for 4 weeks. Be Place is the best hotel we have stayed in. We slept the best in your hotel (you provide sheets as opposed to only duvets). A warm welcome when we arrived. During our trip towards the hotel we got a friendly call in our auto. Really all the personnel were very friendly and helpful. Il personale di Reception gentilissimo e professionale. Il personale di pulizie camere impeccabile come pure il personale che si occupa della colazione. Una struttura pulita, accogliente e giovane, dove i sorrisi non mancano come non è da meno la professionalità. Le camere sono curate, essenziali ma con tutto ciò che serve. La posizione ottima per raggiungere le principali via di comunicazione compresa l'autostrada ed il parcheggio del centro città. Inoltre pur posizionato in prossimità di una strada provinciale, non ci sono rumori, in quanto alto rispetto al piano strada e con buona insonorizzazione. Parcheggio disponibile e sicuro in quanto recintato.

Giulia was super hiper nice at reception and even later, with dinner sugestion. She gave us access to Mio Trentino applet, very very kind lady. Richard is brasilian like us and came to us to spend some time talking, great guy, discret, nice chat and very friendly. We saw that the entire team in Be Place is so prepared to receive people from anywhere. Congratulations, if we can go back to Trento, will choose Be Place not only about the place, but about the people.
