Our holiday was "much more" than we had imagined! From the friendly, helpful staff when booking, on arrival and all throughout our week. The staff were all friendly, helpful and fun to have a laugh with too. This applied to the cleaners too and our room was kept "pristine". An exceptional Hotel with high standards. Our thanks to "everyone" for making our holiday one to remember.

I will like to compliment the front desk staff (Judy) for her valued assistance forwarded to me during my stay. She went the extra miles to help me to contact the car rental company to arrange a replacement and she was always doing her works with a smile. Wir möchten uns bei allen Mitarbeitern des Hotels, mit denen wir zu tun hatten, ganz herzlich für die außerordentliche Freundlichkeit ( die immer echt und nie „geschäftsmäßig wirkte) und die Professionalität bedanken. Front desk staff couldn’t have been more helpful, whatever questions we had or asked for were answered & taken care of. Of the two waitresses at breakfast, without being racist, was the darker girl (can’t think of her name) was just an absolute delight & couldn’t do enough for us. Unfortunately the blonde girl not so ! The man who picked us up in golf cart was such a friendly & helpful person. Loved our stay, wish we’d had longer.

Nuestra estancia en Hotel del Porto fue excepcional, no solo por las hermosas limpias y cómodas instalaciones sino también por la excelente atención y gestión de nuestras necesidades a cargo del personal de recepción en especial Giuditta. Teníamos que movernos al dia siguiente muy temprano a la ciudad de Florencia y no podíamos quedarnos ese día tampoco sabíamos como volveríamos esa noche al hotel. Giuditta nos gestiono el transporte de vuelta y además dejo indicado al personal delnltrondia a la mañana que este a nuestra disposicion una cokacion para llevar. En fin, todo fue de primer nivel y desde ya agradecidos!

Die Namen der anderen Angestellten sind mir nicht bekannt, sonst hätte ich sie auch erwähnt! Essensauswahl und Qualität bei HP super! Mein Cousin wollte nach meinen Bildern auch gleich buchen, aber leider ist im Juli wohl kein Zimmer mehr frei! Macht weiter so… Klare Weiterempfehlung!!!!!!

The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful we called about our room choice prior to the trip and she was so accomodating. Everything was wonderful. Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job. Loved the room, the coffee maker and refrigerator were so nice to have we appreciated it. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to sample the restaurant as we were part of a large group and had no control of were we eat, but the menu looked fabulous. The location of the hotel was perfect! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Francesco was very nice and fun and helped us with our bags and also gave us some great recommendations on what to do around the different towns. We would definitely come back to stay here again!

We loved staying here, the service we received when we arrived was incredible. The hotel sorted a taxi out for us, from Verona airport. The taxi was waiting for us and dropped us off, to then be picked up by the hotels golf cart and taken directly to the door. Incredible!! The view from the balcony was amazing. We did try to do some work from here, so it was a bit tricky not having a chair for the desk, but cannot complain. This hotel isn't for working from. Staff were all so friendly and we loved the half-board options - so much to choose and eat. Thank you!
