Sehr freundliches Personal.Hervorragend an der Rezeption!!

2026-10-01

2026-09-25

War alles Top !

2026-09-25

The entire front desk staff was great, Fernando made us feel so incredibly welcome from the start when he greeted us to show us where to park and was the one to drop us off at our cars at the end of the trip, and there was a woman (can't remember her name) at breakfast every morning who was an absolute pleasure. All around, the staff was incredible.

2026-09-25

Merci de l'amabilité de l'accueil

2026-09-24

2026-09-19

Sehr freundliches Personal!

2026-09-18

Stayed here with a large group for my brothers wedding (the Irish group) and we could not have been accommodated better. Even though there were so many of us and we were quite loud every staff member was so nice and polite to us. Thank you so much for making the stay so amazing and never letting anything be too much when asked. The service provided by every staff member was amazing and are what made an amazing hotel even better. While the views and the building itself are amazing the staff are the biggest asset. Thank you again and if we are ever back in Torri del Benaco again we will be back! ( we will be quiter next time)

2026-09-16

2026-09-12

2026-09-12

Es war ein Traum, alles wunderbar

2026-09-12

2026-07-14

Just a really big thank you - Our stay was perfect! Great food, spacious rooms, our dog was more than welcome and - the most important thing: Everybody without exception, no matter whether if it was the receptionist, the waiters(!), the driver of the gold cart, was extremely friendly, nice and helpful, so we just wanted to give all of the members of your staff a big shoutout, a big THANK YOU. We enjoyed our stay so much that we spontaneously decided to come back at the beginning of August, already booked and really looking forward to our next stay. All the best for you!

2026-07-12

Wundervoller Aufenthalt, sehr freundliches Personal,Shuttle zum Parkplatz super.Wir werden wiederkommen und weiterempfehlen

2026-07-12

2026-07-12

A big compliment to the reception team! They were always friendly and helpful. Service: In the evening, the staff were friendly, but unfortunately our starter order was taken incorrectly, and the wine was only served when the main course arrived. At breakfast, the staff were extremely friendly. However, we always had to ask someone if we wanted eggs or similar dishes. It would have been nice if the staff had asked proactively. Food: Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was very good overall, except for the pasta with cold prawns. This should be clearly stated on the menu. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

2026-07-11

Thanks for the great stay. The hotel is great, but your people are your true asset: super friendly and very helpful

2026-07-09

Wurden hervorragend bedient und versorgt. Vielen herzlichen Dank

2026-07-09

From the moment I arrived, Lisa made me feel completely at home. She is not only an exceptional host but also a genuinely kind and wonderful person. I stayed here during my motorcycle trip through the Alps, and my time at Lake Garda became even more memorable because of her warm hospitality. Every interaction was welcoming, thoughtful, and effortless, making it feel less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed by a friend. Thank you, Lisa, for making my stay so special. Meeting you was one of the highlights of my journey, and I truly hope our paths cross again someday. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful Lake Garda area.

2026-07-08

Both the lady working reception desk and the gentleman who drove us to the parking garage were very friendly and helpful.

2026-07-06

2026-07-05

ALL the staff we encountered were FABULOUS! Nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile!

2026-07-04

Very Nice hotel and the staff was very serviceminded.

2026-07-04

Thank you so much. The staff went above and beyond to help us. We left a stuffed animal in the hotel room and the hotel located it and held it until we could return. The hotel and staff were amazing. We will definitely go back.

2026-07-03

It was always pleasant to see her at the reception desk and being greeted. Good Jobs! Judy. Keep it up!👍👍👍

2026-06-22

Sempre il numero uno sul Garda

2026-06-22

2026-06-18

2026-06-17

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I don’t remember their names.

2026-06-17

Front desk staff couldn’t have been more helpful, whatever questions we had or asked for were answered & taken care of. Of the two waitresses at breakfast, without being racist, was the darker girl (can’t think of her name) was just an absolute delight & couldn’t do enough for us. Unfortunately the blonde girl not so ! The man who picked us up in golf cart was such a friendly & helpful person. Loved our stay, wish we’d had longer.

2026-06-16

Macht weiter so… Klare Weiterempfehlung!!!!!!

Rachele and the other woman on reception (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) were also helpful in delivering flowers to our room for my wife on our honeymoon.
