Dinner manager was wonderful, I forget her name but she was helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful we called about our room choice prior to the trip and she was so accomodating. Everything was wonderful. Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job. Loved the room, the coffee maker and refrigerator were so nice to have we appreciated it. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. Great location and views. Clean and modern. We loved it. We were so happy. Thank you for making our stay special and memorable.

I wish I could give you names, but unfortunately I did not make a note, but all I can say is every person was amazing, nothing was to much trouble and extremely helpful. I would like to give a special thanks to the 2 girls on reception when we arrived on the 27th September 25, they were brilliant throughout are stay, thank you girls. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to sample the restaurant as we were part of a large group and had no control of were we eat, but the menu looked fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved staying here, the service we received when we arrived was incredible. The hotel sorted a taxi out for us, from Verona airport. The taxi was waiting for us and dropped us off, to then be picked up by the hotels golf cart and taken directly to the door. Incredible!! The view from the balcony was amazing. We did try to do some work from here, so it was a bit tricky not having a chair for the desk, but cannot complain. This hotel isn't for working from. Staff were all so friendly and we loved the half-board options - so much to choose and eat. Thank you!

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und herzlich zur Stelle war. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee war jeden Morgen ein Genuss. Everyone was very pleasant from the very beginning to the very end of the stay. The lady who shuttled us from the parking deck was very nice. I apologize, her name has slipped my mind. Another very pleasant experience was with Sabina during the dinner meal. She was diligent in making sure everyone had what they needed and always had a smile while doing so. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel où chaque détail semble pensé pour notre confort. I would like to mention the person that drove us up and down to the parking with the golf cart. He was so friendly and helpfull. As the first and last person we met he was perfect. Also he was friendly to everyone and patient during the drive to the hotel. This man is really an asset for your hotel.

Thanks for the kind staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast was incredible and the morning hostess so friendly. We dined once at the hotel and this was a really great meal (the seafood platter). I made a five star review in Tripadvisor.
