A big compliment to the reception team! They were always friendly and helpful. Service: In the evening, the staff were friendly, but unfortunately our starter order was taken incorrectly, and the wine was only served when the main course arrived. At breakfast, the staff were extremely friendly. However, we always had to ask someone if we wanted eggs or similar dishes. It would have been nice if the staff had asked proactively. Food: Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was very good overall, except for the pasta with cold prawns. This should be clearly stated on the menu. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Nuestra estancia en Hotel del Porto fue excepcional, no solo por las hermosas limpias y cómodas instalaciones sino también por la excelente atención y gestión de nuestras necesidades a cargo del personal de recepción en especial Giuditta. Teníamos que movernos al dia siguiente muy temprano a la ciudad de Florencia y no podíamos quedarnos ese día tampoco sabíamos como volveríamos esa noche al hotel. Giuditta nos gestiono el transporte de vuelta y además dejo indicado al personal delnltrondia a la mañana que este a nuestra disposicion una cokacion para llevar. En fin, todo fue de primer nivel y desde ya agradecidos!

Dinner manager was wonderful, I forget her name but she was helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful we called about our room choice prior to the trip and she was so accomodating. Everything was wonderful. Room was clean, housekeeping did a great job. Loved the room, the coffee maker and refrigerator were so nice to have we appreciated it. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. I would like to give a special thanks to the 2 girls on reception when we arrived on the 27th September 25, they were brilliant throughout are stay, thank you girls. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to sample the restaurant as we were part of a large group and had no control of were we eat, but the menu looked fabulous. We loved staying here, the service we received when we arrived was incredible. The hotel sorted a taxi out for us, from Verona airport. The taxi was waiting for us and dropped us off, to then be picked up by the hotels golf cart and taken directly to the door. Incredible!! The view from the balcony was amazing. We did try to do some work from here, so it was a bit tricky not having a chair for the desk, but cannot complain. This hotel isn't for working from. Staff were all so friendly and we loved the half-board options - so much to choose and eat. Thank you!
