The staff were fantastic (bistro, breakfast, reception), the location was lovely and the rooms very comfortable (even though i could hear everything being discussed in the next room in the morning!). Scoperti quasi per caso per un weekend “fuori porta” ci siamo trovati benissimo. Complimenti. Uniche due note non da 10: la struttura ha dei lavori di manutenzione in corso per l’accesso e la camera potrebbe avere una insonorizzazione migliore ma sono piccolezze che passano in secondo piano per la cortesia dello staff e per il resto del servizio. Our stay was absolutely amazing. We had our wedding at Castrum Wine Relais on September 12 and it was beautiful, magical, and beyond expectations. Quality of the food and drinks, happiness and professionalism from the staff, and most ot all, the extraordinary service and support received by management throughout the event. Mihaela helped us create the best day of our life and managed to navigate unexpected weather conditions while remaining calm and in control. I have indicated 10 for all the questions, I know this doesn’t help you make improvements but that is truly how much I loved the stay at your property. The staff in the hotel and the bistro were lovely and really helpful. The rooms are wonderful and really inviting. If I had to make a suggestion, I would ask for some hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. We hung our towels on the back of chairs - this is not a problem but a couple of hooks in the toilet would be nice :)

The venue is magnificent and the staff always very helpful. Anna who checked us in was very helpful and welcoming. A very special mention to Michela ( Mahela) who shared her knowledge of Verona and persisted in getting us a taxi when no taxis wanted to take us back into Verona. We overall had a wonderful time!
