Breakfast staff were excellent at getting us set up for breakfast with the toddler everyday. Really personalised that we didn't have to state room number every day, they remembered from the previous day. Also, they were continuously monitoring if food stocks were going low and replenishing quickly.

Very easy check in with competent caring staff who was able to handle many many guests and still remain unflustered! Took the time out to show me my accommodation as well … I’m glad I had help with this as I was extremely tired and it was so hot 🥵 So for many guests I’m sure , it’s a good thing if management can show you, rather than just saying it’s around the corner as well as pointing out all other services etc Very glad at how private and beautifully decorated the accommodation was designed … Fabulous location also !

Wat er staat qua hotel is zeker heel mooi en indrukwekkend. Super. Hetgeen jullie hotel echt draagt naar een ander level is het personeel. De receptie is hierin echt geweldig en super lief en behulpzaam. Verder het personeel van de ontbijt restaurant is ook heel erg lief, zorgzaam en enthousiast. Wat ook duidelijk terug te zien is aan de presentatie en de kwaliteit. En uiteraard de interieur verzorgers en verzorgsters incl. de conciërge. Alles super netjes en gestructureerd. Vriendelijk en erg hulpzaam. Al met al. Met z’n personeel helemaal top.

The reception staff were very welcoming, efficient and friendly and went out of their way to address any issues we had promptly - I had issues with the shower and they were addressed and fixed within 24 hours. They were also very helpful and willing to organise us a boat trip to the La Maddelena Archipelago. The dining room staff also very friendly and willing to accommodate any requests at breakfast.
