1). Reception personnel at arrival and departure were engagingly friendly, helpful & professional. Explanations of the facilities and charges were clear. 2) I did not use the breakfast option during this stay ( met others elsewhere for breakfast) but was glad to have it available. The in-room coffee/ tea service was appreciated. 3) Ambiance & Housekeeping was very upscale and attractive. 4) All infrastructure worked well... Compliments to the Engineering & Maintenance Depts as well 5) Compliments to all depts involved in this establishments operation.

The breakfast Lady let me take only one tea bag from the breakfast buffet. We had to travel early on our departure day but no breakfast could be arranged unfortunaletly. We did get to take 2 bananas with us the day before. Very polite and welcoming staff
