Abbiamo trascorso 7 notti in questo hotel e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti di tutto. Lo consigliamo con grande piacere! La posizione è perfetta: nelle vicinanze si trova un supermercato Coop molto ben fornito e la fermata dell'autobus è proprio di fronte all'hotel, rendendo molto facile raggiungere le località vicine. La spiaggia dista solo 5 minuti a piedi. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento. La camera era comoda, pulita e perfetta anche per un soggiorno più lungo. Ogni giorno veniva pulita con cura, ed è sempre stata impeccabile. La colazione è ricca e molto varia, con un'ampia scelta ogni mattina. Un ringraziamento speciale al barista, che prepara un cappuccino davvero eccellente… e ha sempre una cravatta davvero elegante! :) Ringraziamo ancora di cuore tutto lo staff per la splendida ospitalità. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e saremo felici di tornare in futuro!

Thankyou for addressing our initial concern regarding our room. The manager was very accommodating. The cleaners kept our room clear of clutter and cleared our rubbish bins daily. The toiletries were very nice too and replenished daily. Thankfully our upgraded room had a kettle which we believe wasn't the case in all rooms.

Everything was excellent from start to finish, the booking process through the official website was smooth, the staff were professional and attentive, and everyone was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming. As an Asian traveler, I especially appreciated how comfortable and respected I felt during my stay. Both the reception staff and the restaurant team made me feel happy. Their kindness, smiles, and willingness to help left a lasting impression on me. Before coming here, some of my experiences elsewhere in Italy had unfortunately led me to believe that Italians could be unfriendly. However, every member of your staff completely changed that perception. Everyone I met was courteous, caring, and genuinely pleasant. The restaurant was also outstanding. The breakfast selection was far beyond my expectations, especially considering the room rate. The quality, variety, and overall experience offered excellent value. Thank you once again for your hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I had a splendid stay at hotel La Vela . The service , breakfast , cleanliness and situation in the town were all superb . My room was very spacious , clean . On the ground floor the outlook was a little dark but that is to be expected .Overall I was very pleased with my stay and would certainly return .

Thank you to the man at reception who printed off a Bus timetable for us. We had a wonderful day out in Riva Del Garda. Luckily on the day we were there (Wednesday) there was a market. Another passenger on the bus told us that we should leave the bus at the Liberty bus stop which is at the end of the main street. Info about the bus, which stop to get off and which day/s the market takes place would be useful information for guests.

The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were all extremely friendly (except the lady moving the cases). The gentleman in the breakfast room was superb, every single day he was greeting everyone like an old friend. He made the breakfast room a wonderful atmosphere. The standard of cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms was absolutely faultless, and show the dedication and commitment of the house keeping staff.
