We have been visiting Hotel Botticelli since 2001; as a couple (we first came to Firenze for our honeymoon), with friends (in 2007 and during the weekend of 31 October to 3 November) and with groups of journalists (2020). We do so, as the hotel is ideally located and a charming place to stay. It has never failed us and we intend to return for our 25th wedding anniversary.

Special thanks for taking care of our bags when we arrived before check-in and special thanks after we checked out and learned that our flight had been canceled. We were allowed to sit in the room next to the reception area to figure out what to do and you allowed us to leave our bags for a couple of hours until we were able to take a train. It was very nice to be greeted with a bottle of Prosecco. The staff in the reception were very helpful with whatever you asked for. Gave recommendations about restaurants and helped us book.
