Special thanks for taking care of our bags when we arrived before check-in and special thanks after we checked out and learned that our flight had been canceled. We were allowed to sit in the room next to the reception area to figure out what to do and you allowed us to leave our bags for a couple of hours until we were able to take a train. Also, the staff was very solicitous and helped us out.

The guest rooms, lobby and lounge were warm and inviting. The breakfasts, dinners and drinks were scrumptious! Best cappuccino and cocktail-La Dolce Vita was refreshing and delicious. Staff were very helpful whenever we had questions or need for recommendations on good restaurants to try or directions to services we needed. I provided my own washcloth and it disappeared one day but the staff was wonderful in replacement of it, even including some lovely biscotti with the new washcloths. You went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable.
