Staff were very helpful whenever we had questions or need for recommendations on good restaurants to try or directions to services we needed. I provided my own washcloth and it disappeared one day but the staff was wonderful in replacement of it, even including some lovely biscotti with the new washcloths. You went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable.

All staff are very helpful and polite. Our biggest complaint is with the bathroom. Extremely dim lighting, no makeup mirror. There is mold because the hot and cold water pipes feeding the shower are not sealed and have let water penetrate the wall, tile, hence creating mold. This is likely going to be an expensive repair.

The hotel staff was great our last day we were there I had broken my ankle and the hotel staff helped me into the hotel and even to my room. They even let me use a desk chair to get around in the room. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that was at the desk the night we got back from the hospital but he was great he was very kind and even helped us get to the room. He even helped us out to the car when it was time to leave. We would recommend this hotel greatly. I would also like to that the hotel management for giving us a bottle of champagne even though we left it behind.

I stayed by myself for six days and was greeted by everyone with the utmost courtesy and respect. The room was extremely clean. I loved the personal touches like the handwritten welcome note and Pasqua chocolates! When I asked for a take-away breakfast because I had a 4:30 am departure, that request was fulfilled cheerfully. The daily breakfast was delicious and location was perfect. I am just sad to learn that the Botticelli will be undergoing renovation to a 5-star boutique spa hotel, because I will not be able to afford staying there after the change and I had really looked forward to coming back someday to stay again!

This was one of the best stays we had from the other hotels we stayed at on our 10 day trip. My husban got hurt on a vespa ride and Simon helped him get in for an xray. (Not positive thats his name) Everyone was great at the hotel and the room was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The reception of stuff was very good. They managed to give us the room sooner than 14h (it was ready and much more convenient for us), they oferred us a welcome drink. Accepted to keep our luggage in storage for few hours on our check-out day. Were overall, corteous and accomodating.
