We had a wonderful stay. We had a very engaging and informative reception with Mihaela at check-in. She follow-up with fantastic suggestions for all recommendations we requested and was a pleasure to speak with. We were very sad to miss breakfast at GLAM as we had an early departure.

The hotel and the staff especially are unparalleled. Emiliano, Paola and both Chiaras are absolute gems and made all the difference in our stay.
