Hotel staff was excellent. The team that is working for Angelo Rizzi is top notch. We appreciated Claire and Philipe and the entire team at the desk. Great job as concierge as well....really appreciate the guides made available and recommendations on restuarants.

Your personell is fantastic! Always friendly (and not the fake friendly the Americans mostly do) and very professional. We had the most amazing time in the hotel, the bar, the restaurant, the lobby. Not too mention the room, don't even get me started on the room. It hit all the rights notes of an amazing holiday. And will be a part of my memories forever, so thank you for that!
