What a wonderful stay! The staff was amazing. Very professional yet personable. The knew us by name. The room was spotless. The bed and bedding were divine. We wanted to pack the bed and bedding to take home with us! The heated floors in the bathroom! The bathroom was the high point for the room. The Duomo view was breathtaking. The breakfast service and selections were the best we have experienced to date. The breakfast room was akin to dining in a 17th century mansion. The hotel location is steps away from the historical city center yet is a quiet refuge from the busy pedestrian streets. We loved every part of this hotel.

We were at your hotel for 5 nights and it was an exceptional stay. The staff at reception, restaurant, catering, cleaning team and spa has just been impeccable. Thank you so much for this magnificent stay, it will be remembered. The difference is in the details where reception remembered everytime which room we were in, very pro active inquiring about our needs, very flexible in any ask, very fast to respond to any request for the room... Thank you! (Unfortunately we would have liked to name these special person but we dont remember) The only little thing I would have wished is that the welcome bol of fruit be refilled along the stay.
