The team of breakfast lunch and dinner were the best even for our 50 plus Leading Hotels of the World, just keep the level. The Director with his morning briefing was just brilliant ( as I am the boss myself) 🍾🤗

Every staff member that I came across was friendly and welcoming and would go the extra mile to help me out. I truly enjoyed my stay and if/when I am in Florence again, I will most definitely stay here again.

We were at your hotel for 5 nights and it was an exceptional stay. The staff at reception, restaurant, catering, cleaning team and spa has just been impeccable. Thank you so much for this magnificent stay, it will be remembered. The difference is in the details where reception remembered everytime which room we were in, very pro active inquiring about our needs, very flexible in any ask, very fast to respond to any request for the room... Thank you! (Unfortunately we would have liked to name these special person but we dont remember) The only little thing I would have wished is that the welcome bol of fruit be refilled along the stay.
