We have never felt so genuinely welcome at a hotel, especially as a family travelling with a toddler. When we made our reservation, we were honestly a little nervous. We wondered whether our son might disturb other guests or whether the hotel team might find having a toddler an inconvenience. We have travelled quite a lot with him, over 12 holidays together, as well as countless trips on our own and we can genuinely say that we have never experienced anything quite like this. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make not only us, but our son, feel truly welcome. At mealtimes in particular, the team made such an effort to engage with him, make him smile and include him. He absolutely loved it and had the best time. What meant the most to us was that we never felt as though we had to compromise on the standard or experience we look for in a hotel simply because we were travelling with our child. Instead, we were able to enjoy everything we value in a wonderful hotel while also knowing that our son was happy, comfortable and genuinely welcomed. That meant more to us than we can really put into words. As parents, there is nothing better than feeling that your child is not just tolerated, but genuinely embraced. We simply wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team. Your warmth, kindness and thoughtfulness made our stay incredibly special, and you have given us memories that we will genuinely treasure. Thank you for making us feel so at home and, most importantly, for making our little boy feel so special.

Upon arrival, Alex set the tone for our stay. His friendly greeting and quick check-in was so appreciated after a very early morning start from Cyprus. The dining staff.... Jasmina, Christine and Mattia... were wonderful. A special word of thanks that they catered for my specific dietary preferences. Thank you.... After an 8 hour hike, sitting down to the delicious meal every evening was something that we will definitely return for! Finally, a guided walk with Patrick was very special, as his knowledge of the region added to our enjoyment.
