I liked the offering ofthe pool, gym facility and especially the bikes. Having a slight problem with my kneeand finding walking on uneven surfaces painfull I made maximum use of the bicycles. Not new or stylkish they are a welcome feature that could be emphassised in the promotion. I did not like the charges for snacks etc and sevicing the room etc - there were too many 'chargeable extras. Apartment 101 mis very spacious thank you, it could be made more welcoming with some pictures on the walls, ornaments and rugs to move away from the austeer bland appearance. Altogether however it was a good place for our short (3 night ) stay in Livorno. We look froward to returning.
