Ho apprezzato molto gli ampi spazi a disposizione. Il grado di pulizia era buono, a parte qualche capello nel bidet di un bagno. Segnalazioni: il bidet con i capelli ha un problema di scarico; in soggiorno una lampada a muro non funziona, probabilmente la lampadina va sostituita; in cucina non funziona la luce puntata sul piano cottura e di lavoro. Il resto mi sembrava a posto Non ho trovato pentole, che in questo caso non mi sono servite ma in caso di soggiorno prolungato si.

The kind and professional staff were so welcoming and energized. Our suite was 'upgraded' and we were extremely appreciative of that. Location proximity to the ferry terminal and city centre were very positive. We relished in the sauna and pool. I am looking forward to coming back to your tremendous, hospitable guest location

È già la terza volta che ci troviamo in questa struttura L'abbiamo scelta perché ci siamo sempre trovati bene ben accolti il posto è davvero delizioso e anche la zona ci piace moltissimo.

The reception staff were extremely helpful efficient and friendly nothing was too hard ,the same for the cleaning staff everything is super clean ,the lovely room and the poo,l spa ,bikes garden all the little things that added up to a wonderful stay the only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave .
