The view from our room (501) was amazing. It would be great if there was a bit of shade on the patio. The hotel is very nice overall, but we found it strange that small items (like a Lotus cookie) weren't free. We were surprised to be charged for a laundry token after we were told that we couldn't have laundry service with a three-day turn around. (It would have been nice to be comped for that.) It was also odd to be charged for fresh towels.

the apartment was amazing. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the jacuzzi. It was also nice that there was a gym. It is a perfect base for day trips to places like Lucca and Florence. Public transport is easy to get to. You can also easily walk into the center for a drink or a nice meal, or take a tour along the coast with the bikes at your disposal. We didn't make use of the breakfast buffet, but it was nice that we could get fresh chilled water at any time.

In verità tutto molto bello, posizionamento, accoglienza, struttura, colazione, gentilezza del personale, ecc. La sola piccola "mancanza" é stata l'impossibilità di utilizzare l'aria condizionata. Non che si sia dei fan della climatizzazione, ma al nostro arrivo nella camere c'erano più di 25 gradi e la "sensazione provata" non é stata delle migliori........

Ho apprezzato molto gli ampi spazi a disposizione. Il grado di pulizia era buono, a parte qualche capello nel bidet di un bagno. Segnalazioni: il bidet con i capelli ha un problema di scarico; in soggiorno una lampada a muro non funziona, probabilmente la lampadina va sostituita; in cucina non funziona la luce puntata sul piano cottura e di lavoro. Il resto mi sembrava a posto Non ho trovato pentole, che in questo caso non mi sono servite ma in caso di soggiorno prolungato si.

I liked the offering ofthe pool, gym facility and especially the bikes. Having a slight problem with my kneeand finding walking on uneven surfaces painfull I made maximum use of the bicycles. Not new or stylkish they are a welcome feature that could be emphassised in the promotion. I did not like the charges for snacks etc and sevicing the room etc - there were too many 'chargeable extras. Apartment 101 mis very spacious thank you, it could be made more welcoming with some pictures on the walls, ornaments and rugs to move away from the austeer bland appearance. Altogether however it was a good place for our short (3 night ) stay in Livorno. We look froward to returning.

Sehr freundliche stets hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Alle Wünsche oder Anfragen wurden direkt erledigt. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, die Einrichtung des Appartments war ansprechend und die Küche gut ausgestattet (sogar mit großem Gefrierschrank). Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Tolle riesige Dachterasse mit Jacuzzi, ein Tisch mit Stühlen, zwei Deckchairs und zwei Liegen - was will man mehr. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Viele Restaurants in der direkten Nachbarschaft, da müsste für jeden etwas dabei sein. Die günstigen Preise in den Restaurants haben uns angenehm überrascht.

E' difficile dire quello che mi è piaciuto di più perché era tutto come doveva essere, sicuramente la gentilezza squisita del personale! Ma forse ciò che mi ha colpito di più è l'attenzione al dettaglio riscontrato nella struttura, in tutto dall'entrata accogliente e particolare, con divanetti ed angoli piacevoli dove scambiare magari due chiacchiere prima di andare in stanza dove anche qui ogni cosa era a disposizione, dal bollitore al vino, dal doppio cuscino al bagno curato con phon con diffusore, ...insomma confort al servizio del cliente. Ci è stata prenotata una camera da booking in questa struttura a seguito della cancellazione della nostra prenotazione presso un altro alloggio. Siamo stati veramente fortunati: staff gentilissimo, camera davvero bellissima, con idromassaggio interno, doccia gigantesca, bagno finestrato con bidet (ultimamente difficile da trovare anche in Italia) e bagnoschiuma, shampoo, balsamo e crema corpo di loro produzione. La camera ha anche un cucinino, che non abbiamo usato ma era fornito di tutto, anche microonde, frigorifero e freezer + una bottiglia d'olio di loro produzione e macchinetta del caffè. Letto comodissimo, su soppalco, con due tipologie di cuscini anche questi molto comodi. Temperatura della stanza davvero molto piacevole. La struttura ha anche una palestra, una lounge dove rilassarsi anche dopo il check out e una rilassantissima piscina con sauna, docce e wc interni. La colazione è molto abbondante, con prodotti dolci e salati freschissimi anche di loro produzione; ci hanno piacevolmente stupito i salumi, che non erano i classici confezionati. La sala colazione ha un distributore d'acqua gratuito che è utilizzabile anche fuori dall'orario previsto per la colazione, molto apprezzato. Ci siamo trovati così bene che stiamo già pensando di alloggiare nell'agriturismo della stessa catena!
