Im Grunde genommen waren wir in Ihrem Hotel nur mit den Dienstleistungen des F&B-Managements nicht zufrieden. Das Hotel hat gute, zentrale Lage. Die Zimmergröße hat uns zwar angesprochen, aber nicht sein Schnitt. Wir hätten uns eine hellere Suit gewünscht. Das Sanitärangebot war ansprechend und zufriedenstellend. Wir hätten auch gern mehr Ablagen in den Schränken. Mit den unaufgeforderten, täglich ins Zimmer gebrachten Wasserflaschen waren wir sehr glücklich. Damit haben Sie unsere Herzen gewonnen. Vielen Dank für die Bemühungen und Freundlichkeiten, die Sie und Ihr Tesm uns entgegengebracht hat. Übrigens: ich habe viele Telefonate geführt mit meinem Sohn, der in der Schweiz Hotelmanagement studiert und frisch sein Studium abgeschlossen hat. Gerade ist er bei Kempinski und macht eine Management-Trainingsphase durch. Herzlichen Dank auch an die Leitung und an das Team.

The concierge, Marina, was very helpful in providing us with guidance throughout Palermo, as well as giving us excellent restaurant recommendations. She was delightful! The reception staff were also very welcoming and provided excellent service. All of the staff at the bar in the evening made our stay very enjoyable and were very accommodating. The same was true for the breakfast staff. I cannot remember everyone’s names, but I do remember Filipinos at the bar, as well as his manager being exceptional. I highly recommend your hotel!!!

Just lovely! The view, the terrace, the wonderful staff except one valet who watched me haul my luggage up the front stairs so another guest helped me! The room, the food all just terrific! Many thanks for your warm hospitality!!!

We had a wonderful stay. We absolutely loved the hotel. The front desk staff was fantastic especially Marina, Bruno was also very good. They were so helpful, really listened to our preferences and made great recommendations and reservations for all of our needs. Marina was exceptional. Breakfast was excellent, the dining room beautiful and the staff friendly, professional and attentive. The hotel itself was absolutely lovely, all the common spaces as well as the rooms. Such a lovely stay, we will be back!
