i own a business in richmond, virginia. it's called Hotel Greene. i have come to learn that any place, no matter how cool or fancy it is, is only as good as it's staff. your staff at all times was cheerful, helpful and professional. we were treated as people with no snobbery or the fake, institutionalized helpfulness found at many 4 seasons hotels (mexico city being a great exception). we enjoyed a truly great stay and will most definitely return.

A colazione i camerieri sono molto attenti e lo chef stamattina ha preparato subito dei pancake di riso per mia moglie con intolleranze al glutine e latte. Bravissimi.

Il mio soggiorno presso il vostro hotel è stato veramente perfetto. Ho ricevuto una piacevolissima accoglienza alla reception, unitamente ad ottimi consigli per un ristorante nelle vicinanze per la colazione. Puntuale il servizio di consegna del bagaglio, ottima la camera, veloce il wifi. Dopo cena ho apprezzato la ricca selezione di gin al bar e l'utilizzo di parallelepipedi di giacchio, rari a trovarsi anche nei migliori bar. La prima colazione è stata ricca. Eleganti gli spazi comuni. Insomma, un ottimo albergo, che sceglierò per i miei prossimi viaggi a Palermo e consiglierò agli amici

We have been admirers of the sister hotel in Taormina for many years. The standards set there are also very high, it is quite simply one of our favorite places in the world to visit. As a result of our stay with you we now have another favorite. The beauty of the building and everything within it is outstanding. The team in the hotel are exceptional also. We were made to feel welcome and special from the moment we walked in to the lobby/reception. Vito on the reception was particularly attentive and made sure our stay was as good as it possibly could be. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Claudia and Marina were very helpful in getting us a taxi to take us to Sant'Elia, my grandparents' old hometown. Our driver Michaele was a blessing to drive us AND return us to Palermo. And Rosalia (from Bagheria) in the breakfast dining room was so kind in explaining the dolci from the festa and listening to my attempts at speaking Italian. Tutti sono molto gentile.
