When our party arrived we had a situation of needing to have 3 guests in our room originally for 2. Salvatore and the team took excellent care in understanding our situation. He arranged a roll away bed and our room was beautiful, prepared each night, the three of us had peaceful nights of sleep! We enjoyed the rooftop lounge, and the team there was amazing as well! Offered some great dinner recommendations as well as just made us feel so welcome and special. After a long trip with some unexpected plans, the Grand Parker was the best place to end our trip. I will highly recommend this hotel and definitely come back! Thank you to Salvatore and team for being so gracious and classy and really showcasing great Italian service! We had a difficult relationship situation occur as we were traveling and as a result we ended up needing to add a person to our reservation. When we arrived Salvatore was so professional and understanding. Even though we hadn’t been able to provide advance notice of the change he very kindly listened as we explained what was happening and he graciously offered to look into options for us. He turned the whole trip around for me and made me feel very cared for during a difficult time in my life. I believe his kindness made it so we all could enjoy the rest of our trip to Italy. Finding talented people with a heart for service is rare these days. I hope You appreciate how wonderful Salvatore is. The hotel was also beautiful and historic and we truly enjoyed the rooftop bar experience however it was all about the staff for me, everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. I hope to return for another visit soon and will Let everyone else know that I have found my new favorite hotel in the world.

The menu at George Restaurant did not leave many choices for someone who doesn’t like fish. I was disappointed with the lack of personality of the staff. Our waiter made a muffled comment under his breath when he tried to detour our cheese selection to be our first course. It might not have been what the chef had suggested, but we are the customer and wanted the cheese to be our first course. Very disappointed with the attitude the server then gave us the rest of our evening.

The Grand Hotel Parker's was the most luxurious and relaxing of our stays (seriously, I slept so well in that bed!). All of the staff we had interactions with made us feel welcome. My traveling companions aren't used to high-end travel and dining experiences, but the staff always made them feel welcome and they never felt out-of-place. Georges ... what can I say ... what an experience! Such a wonderful meal and our last before flying out the next morning. We couldn't think of a better end-cap to our trip. The food and the service were impeccable; well deserving of its 2nd Michelin star. Thank you again for helping to make our trip a memorable one.

The front desk and housekeeping service was attentive to our requests, and the concierge was eager to suggest restaurants and arrange reservations which was so helpful. We stayed over a week so we must have interacted with the entire staff! Hotel is immaculately clean and the renovation were tastefully done to maintain the historic elements yet have modern amenities. One tiny suggestion is to supply small handheld steamers in addition to irons upon request.

First impressions count and are important for many things. I have been greatly impressed even before setting foot in the hotel. Calling ahead on the day of booking and speaking with Marta was a good experience. She was kind, super professional, helpful. Arriving at the hotel after a 4.5hr drive from Lecce, staff were immediately on hand and attentive, they noticed we had arrived almost the moment we set foot out of the car and were on hand to help with the bags without me having to set foot in the hotel. Pietro is great professional and helped us. On arriving at reception, the welcome was warm, professional and fun. Laura and I were impressed with how easy it was to talk with them. They made is feel instantly relaxed. Both Laura and I travel extensively for work and leisure - for me, this was an outstanding greeting. Particularly to highlight Marco. A charismatic personality with a magnetic presence, deeply knowledgeable and proud of his hotel. He was incredibly generous with his time, making us laugh, taking us on a tour of the hotel, using his deep and extensive knowledge to give us the history of the hotel and Naples. He introduced us to his staff and then brought us to our room. Laura and I recently became married two weeks ago and he and his staff had prepared the honeymoon suite with a bottle of bubbles. What meant most to us though was not just this wonderful gesture and thought bit the beautiful note he had written welcoming us. These touches and forethought are what separate Marco and this hotel from others I and we have experienced. Marco is a deeply passionate professional who loves his hotel and this love was felt deeply and clearly by Laura and I. Your honeymoon suite is beautiful, anyone can see that, but, in the end, a room, is a room, is a room. I can't remember their names but they were attended by Adrien, who’s so helpful from the check-in process, which makes it difficult for us to leave the hotel as this is just a night stay before we move on to Positano for a couple of days. At the breakfast area, Alexandro attended us, and again, top-notch service was given. The breakfast was a chef kiss, as was the dinner at the rooftop last night. We are so sad to leave and definitely will come back to this hotel that offers not just the best view overlooking the sea but the service from the heart given by everyone at the hotel. Alexandro greeted us in the breakfast area, and once again, we received excellent service. Breakfast was a chef's kiss, as was dinner on the rooftop last night. We are so sad to leave and will surely return to this hotel, which not only has the nicest view of the sea, but also provides heartfelt service from everyone at the hotel. The decor and furniture in the room and throughout the hotel was superb. The staff in the hotel were so friendly and knowledgeable. They were always available to help and support. Nothing was too much trouble. I have stayed in many hotels throughout Europe and must say that the Grand Hotel Parkers is one of, if not, the best one I have stayed in. The hotel is simply stunning. Beautiful decor, no expense spared. All staff are some of the best I have experienced. They are so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. One of the family members who owns the hotel greeted us at our first breakfast. My friends and I were visiting Naples to celebrate our 40th Birthday and we were surprised with a little cake and candle. I would highly recommend to anyone. Near to a metro which allows good access to other tourist areas if you don't want to always walk. Ask the staff for any help you need.

The Grand Hotel Parker was above and beyond, truly a treasure! The rooms were more than we could’ve asked for - enormous and well-appointed, with the office, dining room, sizable closets, stunning views. The staff couldn’t have been any more gracious and accommodating. Upon arrival, Marco, the concierge, showed us all the amenities, and at our request secured a reservation for the 4 of us at their 2 star Michelin restaurant for dinner, just hours after our arrival. As expected from a restaurant of that caliber, the meal was a delicious, memorable experience. We enjoyed meeting Giovanni, the owner, and appreciated him saying hello at breakfast. Vincenzo was so helpful in arranging for a ride to and confirming pick up from Pompeii, and it’s always nice to be able to communicate with the hotel via WhatsApp. The pre-arranged return to Naples for the luggage and train station after Pompeii went well. A fabulous, memorable stay in a truly luxurious hotel, with the most kind and gracious staff, unfortunately too brief!!

My friend and I came to your hotel, and upon arrival we were greeted with kindness, warmth and hospitality. Marco checked us in and gave us our tour and orientation, and then they upgraded us to a beautiful sea room view the following day. He made us feel at home despite being a big hotel. I’ve been too many of the Hyatt’s all around the world and this is by far my favorite mainly because of the genuine and welcoming staff. The morning breakfast location is stunning as well! Muchas a todo el equipo. Nos dió gusto conocer al propietario también. Siempre muy atento y elegante. El personal muy bien. Vincenzo nos ayudó mucho como Concierge. Quizá el sistema de aire acondicionado en la Recámara podría ser un poco mejor y en la reservación, tener claro que no íbamos a tener vista al mar. Pero la verdad, la pasamos muy bien y recomendaremos el hotel con gusto.

All of the hotel staff were extremely professional and warm hearted. We specially appreciated the front desk staff (Francesco, Marco, Vincenzo, and Martina), breakfast staff (Alessandro and his colleagues), and the housekeeping staff (whose names we did not receive but all of whom were extremely helpful and always smiling). And, of course, we were very impressed that the owner, Giovanni, introduced himself and chatted with us. We very much look forward to our return.

Your service was impeccable. Loved the breakfast area and choices for breakfast. It was perfect! The only issue that we experienced was with the heating/cooling system in the room. We couldn’t lower the temperature below 20c and the room was pretty hot. We had to leave the window open for the entire night to keep the room cool. Other than that everything else was magnificent. :)

The breakfast service was excellent, the offerings were varied and all delicious (we especially loved the cornetti with seeds on top). We also appreciated the additional dining options upstairs -- we went to the lounge once and to Muse twice. All of the employees -- at the dining area, at the front desk, or anywhere else -- were always genial and helpful. We hope to visit again someday!

All the staff starting from the bellboys, receptionists, breakfast staff, Italian restaurant staff (who attended to us at dinner on 9th Dec Saturday were amazingly attentive and professional), cleaners were all great, warm and made us feel very welcomed. The attention to details and ability to anticipate our needs are unrivalled to anything we have experienced in many other expensive hotels all over the world in Europe, USA and Asia. All your staff appeared to be happy and love their jobs. By far away, one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel extremely welcomed by the staff. The hotel has been newly renovated. The rooms are very quiet, but yet very spacious and have a modern upgrades to them. The hotel itself feels very luxurious. Going up to the terrace for breakfast or in the evening. The views of the city are absolutely incredible. I was fortunate to have a balcony and a view of the city. During breakfast, the owner was making the rounds taking to the guests that were visiting, which was something unique. But just the overall customer centric experience that the hotel provided was absolutely impeccable. The Grand Hotel Parker’s is one the oldest hotels in Naples. An is apart of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Which was great, as I am a Hyatt Globalist. I cannot say enough about how incredible stay was!

The environment is incredibly beautiful and the hotel is very attractive. Although the hotel is not large, it is very charming and full of ambiance. The staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. This is a place that is hard to forget. I would come back to stay if I visit Naples again.

Deluxe sea view room is fantastic, amazing amenities and comfortable space. The staff, cannot say anything better, everyone has been so welcoming and kind and amazing. The lunch at the Muse restaurant was fantastic, absolutely delicious. So looking forward to the rest of the stay!
