Walking in, I felt like a friend coming to visit. I travel quite a bit, and this trip I was overwhelmed by your property and by the grand hotel excelsior vitoria in Sorrento. You both are in a class by yourself. I was in two other five star properties that were lovely, but they were pretentious and very full of themselves. I thought I was guaranteed a room with a seaview but did not get one when I checked in. The same thing happened to a couple who were friends of mine who checked in at the same time as me. We had requested seaview but neither of us got that type of room. It was explained that depended upon availability. This may be an issue with my travel agent but it was very disappointing as the view from my small room was a back alley. I would like to say the shower in my room may be the best I have ever had.

I want to highlight the service from the evening staff at the Terrace - I can't remember everyone's name - Iolanda, "The Italian Keanu Reeves", the waiter with glasses who is the Man City fan...all of the staff who worked in the restaurant in the afternoon/evening were so fun, friendly and made our stay memorable for me, my husband and grandfather. Thank you for quickly addressing the one complaint I had during my stay - giving me an upgraded room for the last night to compensate for the mouldy bathroom ceiling in my first room. I was shocked to find mould, which had clearly been there for weeks, maybe months. I recommend that your housekeeping staff carry out further training to spot such issues in the future. Thank you.

Our waiter/manager at breakfasts was extremely kind and attentive - my partner said that he enjoyed the dark chocolate with the porridge so the staff member provided a small selection for him to sample. We appreciated this commitment to guest satisfaction and this was a highlight of our stay. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in Europe, the United States and the Caribbean. The Grand Parker Hotel is the cleanest. Your housekeeping staff is amazing. Your staff is as attentive and helpful. The concierge gave us a lot of advice about where to eat. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends traveling to Napoli and will hopefully return in the future. The complementary coffee and tea was really nice to have in the room. The only suggestion I have is providing more complementary water to guests since the closest supermarket is a few blocks away and wasn’t easy to find as a tourist.

After finding ourselves allocated a noisy room in this luxury hotel next to building work which started before 8 am, we complained to the front desk. We were very surprised to be offered a suite instead which was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very quiet. Everyone was polite, accommodating and exceptionally helpful. Full marks for resolving the problem so beautifully. We very much appreciated the level of service from the front desk. Also the chamber maids were wonderful: the room was always perfect, gleaming, and the maids so polite and professional in all they did. They deserve special mention.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Parker's was the most amazing experience we have had in Italy, from the hotel location and views, the beautiful suite, the breakfast on the terrace, the drinks and meals we had at the Bidder Terrace, the interaction we had with all the staff, everyone was amazing and so welcoming. We felt welcomed and we felt at home. The concierge Marco went above and beyond for us, so did many of other staff members and we apologize for not remembering their names... We will definitely come back when we get a chance to get tickets at the Teatro San Carlo ! Thank you All so very much. The front desk was very accommodating and welcoming with a beautiful birthday cake and wine that I truly appreciated, as well as breakfast box one morning when leaving for an early excursion. We want to especially thank the concierge team. Marco in particular was amazing in arranging the purchase of opera tickets, a day trip to Capri, and guides in Pompeii and Capri who were first rate, and a transfer to Sorrento. His dinner recommendation and reservation for us was also terrific. We can’t say enough good things about him and how we felt well taken care of. We truly appreciate our experience at the hotel. Martina should be promoted to Hotel Manager but ONLY if she also works at the front desk. As the owner of many hotels, I know great staff when I see them. The porter took my wife's bag and forgot to load it in the taxi. Martina tracked us down in the cab immediately and saved the day. Otherwise we would have missed our train and our plane back to Florida in Rome. Vincenzo rocks as a concierge. The front desk manager got us into a room at 10 am without complaint or comment. Professional. We felt welcome. Keep him. You have an awesome hotel because of an awesome staff.

The staff was wonderful. I love this hotel, we stayed In (4) different hotels in Italy and this one is my favorite. The staff was superior to other hotels and the breakfast was perfect (amazing view). The hotel looks great and our room was comfortable. The AC in our room was perfect because we visited during the summer months and we needed the break. The only downside to this hotel is the road is very busy, so if you have places to go, leave early. The staff was great about arranging transportation for us, they were very punctual and on top of things. It was about a 20 min walk to the waterfront, so not a bad walk at all. Love to stay here again 👍.

We had an excellent stay once the issue I wrote about below was resolved. Your staff was professional, engaging and delightful. We had a fantastic meal on the rooftop and our waitress was excellent. Our last dinner in Italy was delicious and the view was to die for! The staff from the bellman to the waitresses/bartenders to the manager of the front desk went above and beyond. The room we were moved to for the night was beyond extravagent and our rest prior to flying out the next day was restful and exactly what we needed prior to a long day of travel. Thank you for making our last night in Italy memorable!

I would like to recognize the Front Desk for the way they handled our check-in and was able to get us a room quickly to so I could refrigerate my medications and store valuables in the safe. Upon our arrival day the restaurant manager did a very nice job providing us with some coffee and pastries. I do not have hi same he was a smaller gentlemen, very fit and took very good care of us through out stay. I thought all of your doormen were very nice and presented a great perspective of your establishment. Finally Vincenzo the Concierge was very helpful.
