Our stay at the Grand Hotel Parker's was the most amazing experience we have had in Italy, from the hotel location and views, the beautiful suite, the breakfast on the terrace, the drinks and meals we had at the Bidder Terrace, the interaction we had with all the staff, everyone was amazing and so welcoming. We felt welcomed and we felt at home. The concierge Marco went above and beyond for us, so did many of other staff members and we apologize for not remembering their names... Martina should be promoted to Hotel Manager but ONLY if she also works at the front desk. As the owner of many hotels, I know great staff when I see them. The porter took my wife's bag and forgot to load it in the taxi. Martina tracked us down in the cab immediately and saved the day. Otherwise we would have missed our train and our plane back to Florida in Rome. Vincenzo rocks as a concierge. The front desk manager got us into a room at 10 am without complaint or comment. The staff was superior to other hotels and the breakfast was perfect (amazing view). The hotel looks great and our room was comfortable. The AC in our room was perfect because we visited during the summer months and we needed the break. The only downside to this hotel is the road is very busy, so if you have places to go, leave early. The staff was great about arranging transportation for us, they were very punctual and on top of things. It was about a 20 min walk to the waterfront, so not a bad walk at all. Love to stay here again 👍.

We had an excellent stay once the issue I wrote about below was resolved. Your staff was professional, engaging and delightful. We had a fantastic meal on the rooftop and our waitress was excellent. Our last dinner in Italy was delicious and the view was to die for! The staff from the bellman to the waitresses/bartenders to the manager of the front desk went above and beyond. The room we were moved to for the night was beyond extravagent and our rest prior to flying out the next day was restful and exactly what we needed prior to a long day of travel. I would like to recognize the Front Desk for the way they handled our check-in and was able to get us a room quickly to so I could refrigerate my medications and store valuables in the safe. We had a lovely stay for 5 nights in a Comfort Room. I slept on the sofa bed to give my husband the bedroom since he was recovering from back surgery. We got to the hotel earlier than expected. Most hotels have you wait in the lobby and it's miserable. The staff had us go up to the terrace for a coffee. They had our rooms cleaned earlier so we were able to get in, take a nap and a shower and were ready to begin our tour at 4:30!! What a difference that made for us!

Your hotel is superb and I really enjoyed my stay while in Naples. We had an overseas flight from the United States so we arrived around 10 am. After checking in, the reception employee graciously sent us to up relax in the restaurant with coffee and pastries while our rooms were being readied. As soon as we walked in the door to check in the staff was amazing. We were treated like a King and a Queen. The front desk, the concierge, the rooftop staff were all so attentive. This was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at any hotel. Thank you!

We loved the accommodations, service and staff at the hotel. We received outstanding service from the front desk, specifically Vicenzo and the wait staff at Bidder's Terrace Rooftop restaurant, our favorite servers were Manuela, Augustine and Luca. All staff were amazing and made our short stay wonderful. I definitely will choose Grand Hotel Parker's on a return to Napoli and would recommend your fantastic establishment to family and friends visiting the region. Grazie!

The only thing i didn’t like was poached egg served in a bowl. You cannot eat them without a spoon, which is not pleasant. Just a small point. We had a lovely stay thank you.

All staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. We were even given a short tour of the hotel upon arrival. The concierge that did this was awesome (unfortunately don’t remember his name but his picture is on the map). The room was very beautiful though the view from our room was not. The cleaning/turn down service did an excellent job and went above and beyond.

We appreciate that you provided a bag breakfast for us because we had to leave for the airport very early. We enjoyed our bag breakfast, partly before we departed from Naples and partly in London. Thank you very much. By the way, the pastry in our bag breakfast lasted until we arrived in L.A., where we finished it off with a nice cup of coffee/hot chocolate.

Thank you everyone for making our stayed so memorable. From arranging driver at airport, bellboy helped with luggage, concierge helped map out what to do around town. scheduled next day Pompeii tour. Dine in restaurant during a wedding. The servers were super attentive and even meet my special diet requests. From the front desk from checked in to checked out, it was just absolutely awesome experienced. Top notch services!!! Beavo.

The staff were wonderful throughout, but I have to give special mention to Tatiana (sorry if wrong spelling) on the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay joyous from the moment we met her on arrival right through to when we left. Super helpful, super pleasant and super informative on the area. A real asset to your hotel. As I say though the entire staff were pleasant and helpful throughout and a real compliment to the hotel.
