Martina should be promoted to Hotel Manager but ONLY if she also works at the front desk. As the owner of many hotels, I know great staff when I see them. The porter took my wife's bag and forgot to load it in the taxi. Martina tracked us down in the cab immediately and saved the day. Otherwise we would have missed our train and our plane back to Florida in Rome. Vincenzo rocks as a concierge. The front desk manager got us into a room at 10 am without complaint or comment. Professional. We felt welcome. Keep him. You have an awesome hotel because of an awesome staff.

The staff was wonderful. I love this hotel, we stayed In (4) different hotels in Italy and this one is my favorite. The staff was superior to other hotels and the breakfast was perfect (amazing view). The hotel looks great and our room was comfortable. The AC in our room was perfect because we visited during the summer months and we needed the break. The only downside to this hotel is the road is very busy, so if you have places to go, leave early. The staff was great about arranging transportation for us, they were very punctual and on top of things. It was about a 20 min walk to the waterfront, so not a bad walk at all. Love to stay here again 👍.

We had an excellent stay once the issue I wrote about below was resolved. Your staff was professional, engaging and delightful. We had a fantastic meal on the rooftop and our waitress was excellent. Our last dinner in Italy was delicious and the view was to die for! The staff from the bellman to the waitresses/bartenders to the manager of the front desk went above and beyond. The room we were moved to for the night was beyond extravagent and our rest prior to flying out the next day was restful and exactly what we needed prior to a long day of travel. I would like to recognize the Front Desk for the way they handled our check-in and was able to get us a room quickly to so I could refrigerate my medications and store valuables in the safe. Upon our arrival day the restaurant manager did a very nice job providing us with some coffee and pastries. I do not have hi same he was a smaller gentlemen, very fit and took very good care of us through out stay. We had a lovely stay for 5 nights in a Comfort Room. I slept on the sofa bed to give my husband the bedroom since he was recovering from back surgery. We got to the hotel earlier than expected. Most hotels have you wait in the lobby and it's miserable. The staff had us go up to the terrace for a coffee. Your hotel is superb and I really enjoyed my stay while in Naples. We had an overseas flight from the United States so we arrived around 10 am. After checking in, the reception employee graciously sent us to up relax in the restaurant with coffee and pastries while our rooms were being readied. We were amazed that we didn’t have to wait more than an 1.5 hours. This allowed us to rest a bit before meeting up with our tour group. Everything about our stay at your hotel was wonderful.

The staff were wonderful throughout, but I have to give special mention to Tatiana (sorry if wrong spelling) on the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay joyous from the moment we met her on arrival right through to when we left. Super helpful, super pleasant and super informative on the area. Your front desk staff were exceptional. They were helpful with all of our needs. The laundry service was great as was the shoe shine service. My only suggestion is to warn travelers to watch carefully for the front entrance of the hotel, if driving and where the garage is in case they cannot park by the door. Also if due to traffic they miss the hotel, where they can turn around at. Napoli traffic is pretty intimidating to those not use to it.

I stay at many 5 star hotels and this hotel was outstanding. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive- from the doorman, front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping. The food was top notch. And the accommodations - from the rooms to the restaurants and lobby- conveyed a relaxed yet very elegant environment that incorporated old world and modernity. The breakfast on the terrazzo with the amazing menu selections will forever be part of my favorite memories of Napoli. If I could give you 20 stars I would. The staff in the upstairs lounge was always superlative, well dressed, well groomed, and wonderfully helpful. The view, of course, is remarkable; I always came to the lounge for sunrises with coffee. Housekeeping also excellent. I also loved the butterflied marble panels on floors and walls. Where did it come from?
