Marco the Concierge was excellent as were the majority of the staff, on check in we had a slightly unpleasant experience as we had booked standard rooms which we found small and lacking in outlook. When we asked to be upgraded we were told it was not possible. This was unacceptable , the answer should have been let us see what is possible. After some back and forwards it was decided yes there was paid up grades available and we proceeded from there but i felt it was handled in a strange and not very friendly way.

Nous n'avons jamais eu affaire à un établissement aussi agréable dans le rapport du personnel qui sait à la fois se montrer particulièrement efficace et empathique. Il est facile de se montrer neutre avec le client. Or, chez vous l'ensemble du personnel, du bagagiste aux clefs d'or, sait franchir cette neutralité pour se montrer sous un jour quasi amical mais sans jamais franchir ce qu'il convient. C'est tout un art difficile que seul 2.500 ans de civilisation peut donner et que votre établissement représente à merveille. Merci à tous, sans exception. Si nous retrournons à Naples ce sera bien évidemment au Parker's

I would’ve rated overall experience but I was seated on a wet seat for dinner, so had to go change clothing. Small criticism but it didn’t lessen our experience during our stay and was a minor inconvenience. Our taxi driver dropped our case when we arrived and on checking in we had a leak in our case. Your staff were very helpful in every way possible so a special thank you for their assistance. We will be back when we visit Naples again. Thank you.

I do not know if I can convey exactly how special our 25th wedding anniversary was all because of your staff and hotel. From being greeted outside upon arrival to leaving for the airport with our car ready to go and a breakfast bag everything in between was wonderful. Each and every staff member treated us like family. From Tizanas welcome, Valentinas kindness, Francescos hospitality and I am not sure of the name exactly of the very tall and wonderful man that served us dinner to the lovely lady that brought me ice for my legs after walking in the city with my wheelchair, she was concerned about my swelling and pain, I felt as if my own family member brought me ice, the door man that extended his arm to help me out of the wheelchair even though it was evident we were very hot and sweaty he still happily helped me. Our only regret was that we didnt check our delayed flight so we could have stayed with you a little longer. We miss you already and have told everyone of our experience there. As a side note as a previous Toronto Canada luxury hotel cleaning lady may I say the room was so clean that even though I always bring my own cleaning supplies and pillow cases I for the first time ever did not use any of it, bravo to your cleaning staff as well as the man I saw passing the dust broom over a very clean floor in the foyer. the fact that the throw pillow had a removable washable cover was noticed and appreciated. The hotel and its rooms were very wheelchair accessible, also appreciated. Thank you so much for everything, The Bellissimos.

The staff were the most courteous, professional, genuine, funny and caring that we have ever encountered. We cannot fault the interactions we had. We have never felt so welcomed, Marco, Giovanni, Luca, and Yolanda. I would however choose a front facing room. We were only there for one night on our way to Sorrento and did not realise what view I would get from a cheaper room selection. The food was the best we had, and that is after being at Venice and then Borgo Pignano. I am writing this after just leaving Bellevue Syrene at Sorrento for 5 nights and even again the same RC standards, Parker’s staff and food outshined this hotel as well.

My husband and I had an enjoyable night’s visit at the Grand Hotel Parker’s! It’s a perfect location in Naples, and the history of the hotel is intriguing. We especially appreciate Marco for presenting us with a copy of his book. We both read it while relaxing in the bar and found it incredibly interesting. Our Neapolitan pizza dinner on the roof was perfect with a fabulous view of the Gulf of Naples beyond. We will certainly return to the Grand Hotel Parker’s should we visit Naples again in the future. Everyone from the staff that greets me at the entrance, parks our car, checks us in, gives advice on what to do, where to eat, calls for transportation to & from events & activities, to seeing that all our needs are met above and beyond. The room was cleaned daily, the air conditioning was excellent during a European heat wave. The breakfast was excellent along with the roof top terrace & staff. I thought I was guaranteed a room with a seaview but did not get one when I checked in. The same thing happened to a couple who were friends of mine who checked in at the same time as me. We had requested seaview but neither of us got that type of room. It was explained that depended upon availability. This may be an issue with my travel agent but it was very disappointing as the view from my small room was a back alley. I would like to say the shower in my room may be the best I have ever had.

I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in Europe, the United States and the Caribbean. The Grand Parker Hotel is the cleanest. Your housekeeping staff is amazing. Your staff is as attentive and helpful. The concierge gave us a lot of advice about where to eat. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends traveling to Napoli and will hopefully return in the future. The complementary coffee and tea was really nice to have in the room. The only suggestion I have is providing more complementary water to guests since the closest supermarket is a few blocks away and wasn’t easy to find as a tourist.

After finding ourselves allocated a noisy room in this luxury hotel next to building work which started before 8 am, we complained to the front desk. Our stay at the Grand Hotel Parker's was the most amazing experience we have had in Italy, from the hotel location and views, the beautiful suite, the breakfast on the terrace, the drinks and meals we had at the Bidder Terrace, the interaction we had with all the staff, everyone was amazing and so welcoming. We felt welcomed and we felt at home. The concierge Marco went above and beyond for us, so did many of other staff members and we apologize for not remembering their names... We will definitely come back when we get a chance to get tickets at the Teatro San Carlo ! Thank you All so very much.
