The staff were the most courteous, professional, genuine, funny and caring that we have ever encountered. We cannot fault the interactions we had. We have never felt so welcomed, Marco, Giovanni, Luca, and Yolanda. I would however choose a front facing room. We were only there for one night on our way to Sorrento and did not realise what view I would get from a cheaper room selection. The food was the best we had, and that is after being at Venice and then Borgo Pignano. I am writing this after just leaving Bellevue Syrene at Sorrento for 5 nights and even again the same RC standards, Parker’s staff and food outshined this hotel as well.

My husband and I had an enjoyable night’s visit at the Grand Hotel Parker’s! It’s a perfect location in Naples, and the history of the hotel is intriguing. We especially appreciate Marco for presenting us with a copy of his book. We both read it while relaxing in the bar and found it incredibly interesting. Our Neapolitan pizza dinner on the roof was perfect with a fabulous view of the Gulf of Naples beyond. We will certainly return to the Grand Hotel Parker’s should we visit Naples again in the future. What a wonderful hotel and staff. Everyone from the staff that greets me at the entrance, parks our car, checks us in, gives advice on what to do, where to eat, calls for transportation to & from events & activities, to seeing that all our needs are met above and beyond. The room was cleaned daily, the air conditioning was excellent during a European heat wave. The breakfast was excellent along with the roof top terrace & staff. I thought I was guaranteed a room with a seaview but did not get one when I checked in. The same thing happened to a couple who were friends of mine who checked in at the same time as me. We had requested seaview but neither of us got that type of room. It was explained that depended upon availability. This may be an issue with my travel agent but it was very disappointing as the view from my small room was a back alley. I would like to say the shower in my room may be the best I have ever had.

Thank you for quickly addressing the one complaint I had during my stay - giving me an upgraded room for the last night to compensate for the mouldy bathroom ceiling in my first room. I was shocked to find mould, which had clearly been there for weeks, maybe months. I recommend that your housekeeping staff carry out further training to spot such issues in the future. Thank you.

I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in Europe, the United States and the Caribbean. The Grand Parker Hotel is the cleanest. Your housekeeping staff is amazing. Your staff is as attentive and helpful. The concierge gave us a lot of advice about where to eat. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends traveling to Napoli and will hopefully return in the future. The complementary coffee and tea was really nice to have in the room. The only suggestion I have is providing more complementary water to guests since the closest supermarket is a few blocks away and wasn’t easy to find as a tourist.

After finding ourselves allocated a noisy room in this luxury hotel next to building work which started before 8 am, we complained to the front desk. We were very surprised to be offered a suite instead which was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very quiet. Everyone was polite, accommodating and exceptionally helpful. Full marks for resolving the problem so beautifully. We very much appreciated the level of service from the front desk. The people at the front desk were wonderful. The guy who came to bring some surprising bottle of wine just as a complimentary from the hotel was super good unexpected and very pleasant. My overall thoughts were is a great hotel if I ever come back to Napoli again this is where I want to stay and if I have any friends or relatives who asked me where to stay I will give them the name of the grand Parker hotel. The front desk was very accommodating and welcoming with a beautiful birthday cake and wine that I truly appreciated, as well as breakfast box one morning when leaving for an early excursion. We want to especially thank the concierge team. Marco in particular was amazing in arranging the purchase of opera tickets, a day trip to Capri, and guides in Pompeii and Capri who were first rate, and a transfer to Sorrento.
