Freundlich und hilfsbereit beim Ein- und Auschecken. Das Zimmer war stylisch mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten. Der Ausblick zu den Rehen eindrucksvoll. Wertig sind auch die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme. Der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Beim Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir wieder sehr guten Kaffee, Wasser, Säfte und eine elektrische Saftpresse. Auch hier wieder bei Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, Kuchen eine sehr gute Qualität. Wir merken, dass es ein familiengeführtes Hotel ist, die auf Qualität Wert legt.

We thank the management of Hotel La Caporala for the great time we had there. Everything was perfect. Our room was comfortable, clean and new. There is a large parking space in the hotel garden and it is secure because the gates are locked at night. This was very important for us because we went to Italy by car and knowing that our car was secure at night gave us peace. During breakfat, whatever extra we needed, they provided. And the owners of the hotel are great people. They are friendly and helpful about anything you need. Also all the staff members at the Reception are great. They are always smiling, helpful and informative. We planned a trip around Verona and Lake Garda and the location of this hotel was very convenient for that purpose. We wholeheartedly recommmend all travellers to stay in this hotel if they have a trip around this area.

Staying in Hotel La Caporala made our holiday definitely much better. First of all, it was such a pleasure to meet such great people. The owners of the hotel are incredibly gracious hosts who are very eager to make your stay as good as possible. Whatever we needed, they tried to provide. We felt so very welcome in that hotel and if we ever travel to the same destination, it is definitely the hotel we will choose again. Also, all the members of the staff at the Reception are awesome, as well. They are always smiling, polite and friendly. From the cleaning staff to the lady in the breakfast lounge, everyone was attentive to our needs, trying to please us. Also, the breakfast lounge overlooks the back garden, which is all green and lovely. Our room was spacious, with a great view of the beautiful garden. Everything in the room looks brand new. The bathroom is also modern and large enough. Every part of the room and bathroom was very clean. The parking lot is huge and it is secure. The gates close at night and you can only enter with your room key card. Knowing our car was safe at night made us feel better. The location of the hotel is also close to the city of Verona and Lake Garda. If you are planning a trip around that area, I really recommend people to choose this beautiful hotel and meet those lovely people. Via this review, I'd like to send my best regards to everyone in that hotel. We really loved those people.
