Everyone was so accommodating and pleasant. The entire staff from the front desk, management, wait staff, etc. was wonderful to us! When we pulled up in the transfer from the train, I was in awe at how beautiful the hotel is! How I looked right through to the blue water! The morning breakfast was delicious. Hotel Corallo was my favorite of all of the hotels during our 10 days stay.

My family of 7, all under the name of Koenen, had an outstanding stay at Corallo Sorrento. I am a travel advisor who has booked the property many times with many happy compliiments from customers. It was fantastic to finally stay on property and get to experience it first hand. The front desk was always very accomodating as well as the bar staff. the shuttle was very helpful but would get full very quickly, so it would be good to know to get there earllier to make sure you got a seat, especially at dinner time and evenings. I am sorry I do not remember our room numbers to include on this information.

The hotel stay was wonderful overall. Every single staff member was friendly, polite, and professional. The only complaint would be that there was a wedding each night of our stay so it was quite loud in the evenings. However, the hotel was recommended by our travel agent, and we are very pleased overall with our stay. Hope to travel back to Italy someday soon!

The most beautiful place to stay in Sorrento! Myself and my partner had the best week staying at Hotel Corallo, celebrating our 2 year anniversary and my birthday. To which I was kindly surprised with the most lovely lemon cake at breakfast! The staff here are all so welcoming and went above and beyond to make our trip feel so special. Our room had a cute terrace with unforgettable, picture-perfect views overlooking sea. The pool and bar with the same incredible views, especially at sunset. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle service into town, although the walk down is just as scenic and enjoyable. Thank you, this has been our favourite holiday owing to this hotel. We recommended to any one and hope to come back!

The shuttle service is absolutely excellent and we utilised it every day… sometimes twice a day. It was very reliable and always bang on time. A great benefit of staying at the hotel. The driver of the bus was very friendly and helpful, as we had a baby with us and he always welcomed us and gave us assistance with the pram. Staff in the hotel were very attentive to our needs and nothing was ever too much trouble. They always made us feel very welcome during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to the hotel or recommend it to friends.

The loud music carried to our room while we were settling down to sleep. you might consider placing volume levels on DJ's . DJ's , everywhere, always confuse very loud as being good and it just isn't so. Often as in the case of weddings LESS IS BETTER. Your guests and the wedding guests will have a more enjoyable time.

This is absolutely the best European hotel we have stayed in. The decor throughout is exceptional and has a truly Italian style. The views and sunsets are spectacular. The staff did everything to make our stay memorable and we were treated like VIP’s. The restaurant menu was excellent and very reasonably priced. The hotel courtesy bus runs regularly into Sorrento town centre until late at night. To Valentina and her colleagues on Reception, all of whom were helpful and friendly and their information and advice was top quality. Manager Allesandro was equally professional and delightful to deal with. Our bedroom was so very clean, thank you to the cleaning staff and finally but very important the breakfast waiters and waitress were so kind and a pleasure to meet every morning. Special mention to the shuttle bus driver who was always smiling, polite, patient and a very good driver.

Hi - I recently stayed at the hotel from May 22 to May 25th. Staff were very very helpful. Hotel was very clean. Food was very good along with the drinks offered. Very beautiful location. Room on the 6th floor with partial open view was very small but worked for our stay. Windows were tiny so saying they offer a partial view of the ocean was an understatement. As it was on the top floor with a slanted room, it did feel extra small. Nicely decorated but some furniture provided could have had better functionality. Food was very good. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Staff were very very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you.
