We had a great reception when we arrived and the lunch was lovely. We enjoyed the welcome lemon ices. We also very much appreciated the transfer arrangements, the shuttle to the center of Sorrento and the ability to get a cab to Positano.

I had a serious back issue during our stay. The young woman at reception called for a doctor to come to the hotel and help me out. She also ordered a driver for us as well as ordered a taxi for our day trips. This woman went above and beyond to help us make this a perfect week at your beautiful hotel.
