We found all of the staff very friendly, amusing and welcoming, without exception. Particular thanks go to the manager, the restaurant manager and waiters, the bar staff and the maids. The food and drink offerings and quality was exceptional and resulted in us eating elsewhere locally only once during our ten days at the Corallo. All of this made up and more for some of the disappointments stated above.

The hotel is beautiful , the room met all of our needs. I will definitely return again. I was very pleased with the close proximity to the beach club and the pool area was lovely. I found the weddings were actually enjoyable and they ended by midnight. The meals I ate were very good quality however all of this things I may find elsewhere however the people you have for staff and their pleasant manner made me feel safe, welcomed and well looked after. The front desk , staff at the restaurant and bar , shuttle driver , all were warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Antonio who served us many days and was always kind , personable and pleasant. He is well suited to the hospitality industry. Also at the front desk ( I am not sure of his name perhaps Pepe) he was so thorough and pleasant. Antonello is a perfect hotel manager he is so composed and truly caring to our family a little example we were waiting for a taxi to go for a reservation that we had and he saw us still waiting he personally called the taxi driver and let them know we were to be somewhere we didn’t ask him to do that he just did. We also loved the bar staff Antonio and Danello my kids especially my son got friendly with them and they all went out after their shift and had a great time. we have been to many places and never experience something like that that your children go out with people that work in establishment speaks highly of the people you have working at the hotel that you can trust your children to be with them my wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place to be on a special occasion like that every day we looked out onto the patio and to a view like we had was just breathtaking. We are definitely coming back next year and we would love to stay in room 122 again do not change anything you were doing a wonderful and amazing job at your hotel. Our stay was 3 days long to celebrate the wedding of our son and his new bride. Nello assisted us with creating private spaces for us to have their photos and then "first look" done. The reception, main lobby bar, breakfast, housekeeping and laundry staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful to us for our entire stay. We are so thankful our travel agent recommended our stay with Hotel Corallo- truly was a five star experience!

Dear Mr. Antonello Assante, (Nello) As I sit by my computer writing this letter to you personally but also to your wonderful staff, I am going over in my mind of how wonderful our stay was as Hotel Corallo. We spent over a week staying at your peaceful and beautiful hotel. From the moment my husband and I walked in to the Hotel Corallo, we immediately took a sigh of relief that now after traveling by planes, trains, automobiles and ferry, we are finally here. When you took us to our room, I could not even speak, and that is quite unusual for me! The lovely women, like Valentina from the front desk along with two other ladies working at the desk addressing every need or question, they were the best. No question or want was unnoticed, and they went out of their way to make sure we were content. We were celebrating our anniversary and also my husband's birthday. One morning at breakfast, on the day of his birthday, Antonio Bernasconi came to our table with a birthday cake lighted with a candle! How awesome was that. It just goes to prove that the staff knew it was my husband's birthday! Each morning when we went to have a wonderful breakfast of assorted cakes, muffins, fruit, eggs, sausages, cheese and fresh juices, I would see Antonio and his personality was so heartwarming and the smile in his eyes told me that he truly loved working at Hotel Corallo. The breakfast area was just breathtakingly beautiful with white linen table cloths and beautiful floral arrangements on each table. The day hardly begun and I already felt like a princess in my own castle! Each room was meticulously cleaned and fresh each day. We had a balcony room overlooking the water and it just took your breath away. I never felt so close to heaven than I did sitting out on the patio, five floors up. You could look across the water and up into the beautiful sky, especially at night and you would say to yourself, "thank you God for all of this" I am so blessed. Lastly, in the evening we would enjoy a glass of wine and sit at the bar and talk with the bar staff. They, too were so easy to talk to and share stories. When we wanted to go places the hotel's shuttle service always was there to assist our wishes One of the drivers, his name was Ignazio, he was very friendly and also eager to assist us with any concerns. My family of 7, all under the name of Koenen, had an outstanding stay at Corallo Sorrento. I am a travel advisor who has booked the property many times with many happy compliiments from customers. It was fantastic to finally stay on property and get to experience it first hand. The front desk was always very accomodating as well as the bar staff. the shuttle was very helpful but would get full very quickly, so it would be good to know to get there earllier to make sure you got a seat, especially at dinner time and evenings. I am sorry I do not remember our room numbers to include on this information.

The hotel stay was wonderful overall. Every single staff member was friendly, polite, and professional. The only complaint would be that there was a wedding each night of our stay so it was quite loud in the evenings. However, the hotel was recommended by our travel agent, and we are very pleased overall with our stay. Hope to travel back to Italy someday soon!

The most beautiful place to stay in Sorrento! Myself and my partner had the best week staying at Hotel Corallo, celebrating our 2 year anniversary and my birthday. To which I was kindly surprised with the most lovely lemon cake at breakfast! The staff here are all so welcoming and went above and beyond to make our trip feel so special. Our room had a cute terrace with unforgettable, picture-perfect views overlooking sea. The pool and bar with the same incredible views, especially at sunset. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle service into town, although the walk down is just as scenic and enjoyable. Thank you, this has been our favourite holiday owing to this hotel. We recommended to any one and hope to come back!

The shuttle service is absolutely excellent and we utilised it every day… sometimes twice a day. It was very reliable and always bang on time. A great benefit of staying at the hotel. The driver of the bus was very friendly and helpful, as we had a baby with us and he always welcomed us and gave us assistance with the pram. Staff in the hotel were very attentive to our needs and nothing was ever too much trouble. They always made us feel very welcome during our stay. We loved our room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay two negative comments, you need Kleenex in your room rooms and they did not replace the shower gel for two days but the room was very clean and orderly and the towels were replaced all the time.
