The shuttle service is absolutely excellent and we utilised it every day… sometimes twice a day. It was very reliable and always bang on time. A great benefit of staying at the hotel. The driver of the bus was very friendly and helpful, as we had a baby with us and he always welcomed us and gave us assistance with the pram. Staff in the hotel were very attentive to our needs and nothing was ever too much trouble. They always made us feel very welcome during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to the hotel or recommend it to friends.

This is absolutely the best European hotel we have stayed in. The decor throughout is exceptional and has a truly Italian style. The views and sunsets are spectacular. The staff did everything to make our stay memorable and we were treated like VIP’s. The restaurant menu was excellent and very reasonably priced. The hotel courtesy bus runs regularly into Sorrento town centre until late at night. Room on the 6th floor with partial open view was very small but worked for our stay. Windows were tiny so saying they offer a partial view of the ocean was an understatement. As it was on the top floor with a slanted room, it did feel extra small. Nicely decorated but some furniture provided could have had better functionality. Food was very good. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Staff were very very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you.

The restaurant team was excellent, as were the staff at the bar and throughout the hotel. Every interaction was met with a warm smile and a genuinely helpful attitude. The whole team created such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. A special shoutout to the restaurant manager in the sharp blue suit—smart, charming, and clearly running a tight ship with style. Also, a big thank you to Alessandro for the great conversations and kind service—he really added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and tidy. Our room was large, comfortable, and had everything we needed. But the absolute highlight was the view from the terrace—it was incredible. You could see Mount Vesuvius in the distance, with the stunning Bay of Naples stretching out before you. Truly breathtaking. Although we only ate at the bar, the food was genuinely excellent—great burgers, pizzas, pasta, antipasti, and really tasty chips. We ended up eating there several nights, just so we could sit on the comfy sofas and take in that amazing view. It’s easy to see why people choose this venue for romantic getaways—it has such a special and relaxed atmosphere. The pool is small but lovely, with gentle bubbles and that same incredible view. Fresh towels were brought out for us each time, which was a thoughtful touch. It’s not heated, so in April the water was refreshing, but still great for a dip. Another great bonus was the free shuttle to Sorrento, which is another beautiful place to visit—full of charm, great food, and amazing coastal views. All in all, this hotel delivered far more than we expected. We made some wonderful memories here.

Appreciated that we were offered a to-go breakfast when we departed very early in the morning. That surprised me. We didn't accept it, but that was a classy offering.'
