My family of 7, all under the name of Koenen, had an outstanding stay at Corallo Sorrento. I am a travel advisor who has booked the property many times with many happy compliiments from customers. It was fantastic to finally stay on property and get to experience it first hand. The front desk was always very accomodating as well as the bar staff. the shuttle was very helpful but would get full very quickly, so it would be good to know to get there earllier to make sure you got a seat, especially at dinner time and evenings. I am sorry I do not remember our room numbers to include on this information.

The hotel stay was wonderful overall. Every single staff member was friendly, polite, and professional. The only complaint would be that there was a wedding each night of our stay so it was quite loud in the evenings. However, the hotel was recommended by our travel agent, and we are very pleased overall with our stay. Hope to travel back to Italy someday soon!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant was extremely helpful accommodating and so friendly. We felt right at home and appreciated how welcome we were made to feel. Alessandro was very helpful setting up a birthday balloon surprise for our friends room. The most beautiful place to stay in Sorrento! Myself and my partner had the best week staying at Hotel Corallo, celebrating our 2 year anniversary and my birthday. To which I was kindly surprised with the most lovely lemon cake at breakfast! The staff here are all so welcoming and went above and beyond to make our trip feel so special. Our room had a cute terrace with unforgettable, picture-perfect views overlooking sea. The pool and bar with the same incredible views, especially at sunset. We also really appreciated the convenient shuttle service into town, although the walk down is just as scenic and enjoyable. Thank you, this has been our favourite holiday owing to this hotel. We recommended to any one and hope to come back!

The shuttle service is absolutely excellent and we utilised it every day… sometimes twice a day. It was very reliable and always bang on time. A great benefit of staying at the hotel. The driver of the bus was very friendly and helpful, as we had a baby with us and he always welcomed us and gave us assistance with the pram. Staff in the hotel were very attentive to our needs and nothing was ever too much trouble. They always made us feel very welcome during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to the hotel or recommend it to friends.

I appreciate the fact that you have an event space but there were 3 separate events in the 5 days we stayed and the load music until noon when you put someone in a room that is literally on top of the event space is just unfair. I would never have paid 700$ a night to sleep above someone's wedding.

This is absolutely the best European hotel we have stayed in. The decor throughout is exceptional and has a truly Italian style. The views and sunsets are spectacular. The staff did everything to make our stay memorable and we were treated like VIP’s. The restaurant menu was excellent and very reasonably priced. The hotel courtesy bus runs regularly into Sorrento town centre until late at night. Hi - I recently stayed at the hotel from May 22 to May 25th. Staff were very very helpful. Hotel was very clean. Food was very good along with the drinks offered. Very beautiful location. Room on the 6th floor with partial open view was very small but worked for our stay. Windows were tiny so saying they offer a partial view of the ocean was an understatement. As it was on the top floor with a slanted room, it did feel extra small. Nicely decorated but some furniture provided could have had better functionality. Food was very good. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Staff were very very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you.

The whole team created such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. A special shoutout to the restaurant manager in the sharp blue suit—smart, charming, and clearly running a tight ship with style. Also, a big thank you to Alessandro for the great conversations and kind service—he really added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and tidy. Our room was large, comfortable, and had everything we needed. But the absolute highlight was the view from the terrace—it was incredible. You could see Mount Vesuvius in the distance, with the stunning Bay of Naples stretching out before you. Truly breathtaking. Although we only ate at the bar, the food was genuinely excellent—great burgers, pizzas, pasta, antipasti, and really tasty chips. We ended up eating there several nights, just so we could sit on the comfy sofas and take in that amazing view. It’s easy to see why people choose this venue for romantic getaways—it has such a special and relaxed atmosphere. The pool is small but lovely, with gentle bubbles and that same incredible view. Fresh towels were brought out for us each time, which was a thoughtful touch. It’s not heated, so in April the water was refreshing, but still great for a dip. Another great bonus was the free shuttle to Sorrento, which is another beautiful place to visit—full of charm, great food, and amazing coastal views. All in all, this hotel delivered far more than we expected. We made some wonderful memories here.
