Luis eatery was hands down the best restaurant we ate at in our dolomites trip. The food was so elegant, refined and flavourful. Every dish was so well balanced, the presentation was impeccable and we couldn’t fault it. We were shocked by the value for money, that was casual fine dining done right. Well done

We greatly enjoyed our dinner at Luis Eatery. Our server was delightful - so warm and friendly, he felt like an old friend. The food was delicious and aesthetically pleasing. And while the gelato for dessert was tasty, it was the only thing that left us a little disappointed. Nonetheless, we will be back and hope to stay at your hotel as well.

We have eaten at Luis Eatery three times this ski season ( twice in the main restaurant and once in the bistro) The food is always delicious, great use of seasonal and local produce. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The wine list has a fantastic selection, well explained and a choice to fit every budget. Wonderful restaurant, will always be on our list when we visit Selva.

Excellent welcoming by the staff. Live music at the bar area was very pleasant. Ginocchio (food) and Abu (wine) were absolutely fabulous in their work and presentations of food & wine. The steaks were perfect! Tried this restaurant first time December 2025, again now in February and highly recommended to friends that came there late February :)

Sorry I cant remember the name of our waiter. We were an Australian family who ate on Wed 7th Jan and we enjoyed everything about our dining experience. The best meal had in Selva. The waiter was especially good (Fredrico??)
