We had one meal on our last night in Selva at Luis and it was a highlight of our 2 weeks stay. Superb food, wine, ambience and service. My only complaint would be that the floor staff were slightly short handed and when the restaurant was full, struggled to maintain the attentive service a restaurant like this aspires to. Otherwise, a superb evening. Thankyou.

Everything about our meal at Luis was excellent. Your staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They checked in with us frequently to ensure all was to our liking but did not hover over us. Our meal was delightful and the Lagrein we had with it was marvelous. We will be sure to visit you when we return to Val Gardena next year.

Our server was very informative and although busy was warm and welcoming. Once the service slowed he took the time to talk with us about the food and the chef and then brought the chef out to meet us. We were guests of Hotel Nives. Nice to hear about the family connection, and clearly the commitment to excellent, warm, sophisticated service runs deep in both establishments.

Every member of the staff we interacted with was spectacular. Professional, accommodating, friendly, and helpful to name but a few characteristics. The meal was exceptional and of course the view could not have been better. Thank you to everyone who made our experience so fantastic!

Very well done! I eat in many restaurants and this was great. We have been to Selva 5 times and The Eatery is definitely a classy restaurant with a competent staff and kitchen. Highly recommendable.

Linder Hotel is a landmark in Dolomites. It's a place I always want to come back to and recommend to others. Owners personal care and attention to details makes difference. I wish there are more place like this. Thank you and see you !
