Sorry I cant remember the name of our waiter. We were an Australian family who ate on Wed 7th Jan and we enjoyed everything about our dining experience. The best meal had in Selva. The waiter was especially good (Fredrico??)

We had one meal on our last night in Selva at Luis and it was a highlight of our 2 weeks stay. Superb food, wine, ambience and service. My only complaint would be that the floor staff were slightly short handed and when the restaurant was full, struggled to maintain the attentive service a restaurant like this aspires to. Otherwise, a superb evening. Thankyou.
