La continuità dell’accoglienza è un segno distintivo che rende ogni esperienza unica. La colazione, soprattutto d’estate, è un vero evento mattutino: gustata davanti all’esterno con piscina, diventa uno spettacolo infinito da vivere e da vedere. Sempre abbondante, varia e ricca, servita in un ambiente di eleganza che trasforma il risveglio in un ricordo prezioso. La squadra, pur numerosa, è sempre all’altezza: cortesia e professionalità sono costanti, senza eccezioni. Non ho mai incontrato un dipendente che non incarnasse la stessa cultura dell’accoglienza e dell’eccellenza. Omnia hotel With several reservations, having previously read some negative comments, I proceeded to book the Hotel Omnia. I preferred to book directly on the hotel's website. This way I achieved both a better price and immediate responsible communication. Mr. Davide Lovatti from the reception desk is a true professional and a very kind gentleman who provided solutions and answers to all my questions. Mr. Ricardo at the reception was also a true professional and a very kind gentleman during my midnight arrival with a very quick check in I thank them both very much. I stayed in room 307 for 2 nights, 14 and 15/8/2025. It was a comfortable single and very clean room with a clean bathroom as well. The bed was very comfortable and I really rested and enjoyed my stay after a difficult and tiring road trip. However, those who are hypersensitive to hearing should have a pair of earplugs with them as the soundproofing between the rooms is not the best. There are several construction ways to solve the problem and the owner and management should seriously address the issue in a future renovation. which is the only negative point. However, during my stay I was not particularly bothered as the guests of the hotel next door were discreet and polite. I hope I was the same. The hotel's breakfast was satisfactory and varied. Large parking space and very close to restaurants and a large shopping center. All the staff in all positions were very polite and deserve congratulations, as of course the hotel management. I paid for everything (accommodation and extras from the min bar at check out and I had absolutely no problem nor was my card charged before my departure. I would happily go back to this hotel because I was very pleased.
