Bogdan was amazing and made our time at Genziana as wonderful as it was. He was kind and attentive. Patrick at the bar was amazing as well and went above and beyond. The entire staff at Genziana was welcoming and made our time incredibly enjoyable. We loved the NYE celebration.

As said during checkout it was a great adventure to stay at your hotel. Everything was great, food, drinks, service in restaurant, cleaning in room. Really felt taken care of, like never before in any other hotel :) looking forward to come back in winter time!

We were so impressed with the hotel from the moment Gladys welcomed us, took us around and showed us to our room. The food was exceptional and the chef and waiting staff dealt with my husbands gluten free diet with no fuss. The choice and quality of the food at breakfast and dinner was outstanding. All the waiting staff were helpful friendly and efficient. The bedrooms were kept beautifully clean. The pool and sauna area were such a treat and well looked after and clean Everything was superb! Dear All of you at Genziana ❤️ We would like to thank all of you for your hospitality the last week. We finally made it back to Denmark after a 21-hour drive. We have enjoyed our stay very much, and especially would like to thank you for the excellent food and for always welcoming our kids in such a warm and nice way. Mostly, it is important for us to compliment you for having 100% focus on our son’s nut-allergies. He quickly felt completely safe and enjoyed all kinds of delicious food, that he has never tasted before! Very good location (close to three cable car stations), and a wonderful view from the hotel over the Sella mountains. The breakfast and dinner were excellent: very diverse and of high quality. Congratulations to the chef and the entire staff for preparing delightful surprises every day! The apartment was very comfortable, and a special remark goes to the amazing people working there. The hotel staff was always present, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. Highly recommended!
