We had the most amazing stay. From check in to check out it was seamless. All the staff were very kind and welcoming. The food and service was excellent. Special mention to Gladys who was so warm and friendly when we arrived and gave us all the information we required, and to Tino in the dining area. By far the best wait person we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and being served by. He is a credit to your company. Excellent services, almost in every details. The bus ticket is very helpful. The dedicated parking slot in the garage is very much appreciated. All detailed information during check-in by Gladis was very helpful, including the maps on the Selva Gardena. The services we received during dinners and breakfast were all excellent, especially Tino shall need to be mentioned.

La cena servita al tavolo offre una scelta piacevole ed è attenta ai dettagli che esaltano i piatti proposti. Spa ampia e rilassante. La posizione permette di muoversi facilmente in tutta la valle con i trasporti pubblici.
