While in Venice, I was robbed--all my credit cards, cash, license and passport were taken. So, when I checked out of the hotel, the receptionist asked to see my credit card for payment (instead of using the one on file, which was the company card of my colleague who made the reservation and was planning to pay for my stay). I asked her if she could keep it on that card (as the first night had been prepaid on that card) and though she hesitated at first, after explaining my situation she allowed me to do it. I appreciated her willingness to make a judgment call in the moment, thank you!

Thank you for the warm and heartfelt reception. The receptionists were always warm, welcoming and ready to help further in case of any inquiry they weren't aware of e. G shopping areas. The breakfast service was welcoming, warm and the type of food was ok. The location of the hotel too is good for people who want to tour around and upto the train station. The shower cubicles are so tiny though.

A lovely hotel with great views of Palladio’s cathedral from the top floors, helpful staff and a varied breakfast. While there are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, the lady at the reception was extremely helpful, providing a teapot and a range of tea sachets, as well as cutlery. Much appreciated!

There are 2 items your hotel provided which completely enhanced our visit. The first is your incredible location. The second, and more important, was the most accommodating staff. The breakfast team was very kind and attentive. However the young ladies at the front desk went well beyond their duties to assist us in making additional travel services and even assisting with last minute laundry.
