Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Hatten spontan 1 Übernachtung vor Ort gebucht und nach Verlängerung von 3 Tagen war dann leider ihr Haus voll ausgebucht. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem das Design und die Ausstattung der Zimmer und der Anlage tat unseren Augen sehr gut, auch die Beleuchtung der Zimmer und der Anlage ist toll gewählt. Viel "Geschmacklose" Hotels während unserer Rundreise gesehen, so dass wir bei Ihnen ein Aha Erlebnis hatten.

We had a great stay in your hotel. On the negative side, the WiFi was patchy, the service in the restaurant was a bit reserved and the food could have been better for the price. The bistro area needs to do something about the mosquitoes - they really spoiled a good evening and leave a legacy that spoils the next few days. On the plus side, the reception and staff are amazing- so helpful, as are the bar and bistro staff. So good to be offered a free head massage and the foot massage was sublime. The grounds and the environment are impressive and impeccable. All in all a great stay. Well done

Our stay at the Acquadulci was fantastic! The service was excellent. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They fulfilled every request we had, and even sent a special little surprise birthday treat to our room. Mihaela, Valentina, Simone, and Luca were always ready to help us at the front desk, and gave us the best recommendations. Corrado, Melissa and the other waitress at lunch (whose name I am forgetting!) were greats servers who taught me a lot about Sardinian food and drinks. The staff truly made our experience special, and we are so grateful to them.

Massima gentilezza, disponibilità e cortesia da parte di tutto lo staff. Pulizia delle camere e delle aree comuni ottima. Ristorazione fantastica. Ambiente accogliente, rilassante ed elegante. Massimo confort. Ci siamo veramente trovati bene. Siete tutti/e meravigliosi/e. Io sono una persona molto delicata di salute che soffre particolarmente al mare; per la prima volta mi sono veramente sentita bene, nonostante il clima marino non sia il mio habitat ideale. In passato ho soggiornato in varie zone della Sardegna ma mai come da Voi sono stata così bene. Complimenti a tutti: dall' accoglienza, al servizio, alla pulizia, alla manutenzione. A chi è in prima linea e a chi dietro le quinte, per il fantastico servizio offerto. Ogni euro è stato ben speso. Continuate così, siete bravissimi.

Vorremmo complimentarci per aver migliorato il servizio ristorazione, in particolare desideravamo congratularci con la Signora Elisa (caposala del ristorante), che si è rivelata persona assolutamente professionale, attenta e autenticamente gentile. Ha sicuramente contribuito ad elevare il servizio dell'area Ristorante. Vi ringraziamo inoltre di aver accolto lo scorso anno il nostro suggerimento circa la reintroduzione del buffet delle verdure fresche, in apertura della cena. Il bistrot infine ha rappresentato una ottima alternativa per diversificare l'offerta nel corso delle serate trascorse presso la Vs struttura. Ottimo ed efficiente infine il servizio di pulizia delle camere.
