We were delighted to return to Aquadulci for the 3rd time and felt relaxed and comfortable from the start. All the staff were very attentive and the only comment is that it was distracting at some mealtimes as the more experienced staff were training a young woman. No name badges on anyone so were unable to identify her. She was trying her best. They were all eager to clear plates but my experience is that a dinner plate that is finished should not be removed until the other diners on that table have also finished eating. This is a minor complaint and may only be a custom in the UK. We hope to return again in a couple of years.

Besonders toll fand ich die Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Auf meine Nachrichten wurde immer sofort eingegangen. Die Herren und Damen an der Rezeption waren immer extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Georgio, Valeria, Luca und alle anderen machen wirklich einen sehr guten Job! Es gab immer super Ausflugstipps und sogar Buchungen wurden für einen vorgenommen. Hierbei ist der Segelbootausflug in Teulada sehr zu empfehlen. Der Tipp kam auch vom Hotel. Das Frühstück ist auch richtig gut, abwechslungsreich und schön frisch. Der Service war jeden Tag spitzenmäßig. Vor allem Miguel hat durch seine professionelle und zuvorkommende Art überzeugt. Er ist ein alter Hase in dem Business und liest seinen Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Kaum zu glauben, aber er spricht auch super Deutsch. Aber auch Gabriele war immer super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Super guter Service, selten so erlebt!

We had a great stay in your hotel. On the negative side, the WiFi was patchy, the service in the restaurant was a bit reserved and the food could have been better for the price. The bistro area needs to do something about the mosquitoes - they really spoiled a good evening and leave a legacy that spoils the next few days. On the plus side, the reception and staff are amazing- so helpful, as are the bar and bistro staff. So good to be offered a free head massage and the foot massage was sublime. The grounds and the environment are impressive and impeccable. All in all a great stay. Well done

Ihre Damen und Herren an der Rezeption verdienen höchstes Lob. Kompetent, infomiert und sehr freundlich!!!!!!!! Ihre Reinigungsdamen waren sehr höflich und haben unsere Zimmer bestens betreut, im Restaurant war die Serviceleitung sehr bemüht und höflich. The room was hot when you entered it and too hrs to call down, so if you go to the beach you would comeback to a sauna. Why would you have out door space if you cannot have the air conditioning on when you open the door as it automatically turns off. An iron and ironing board would be a good idea in the rooms as this is the first hotel i have stayed in that does not have this facility And is charged for

Our stay at the Acquadulci was fantastic! The service was excellent. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They fulfilled every request we had, and even sent a special little surprise birthday treat to our room. Mihaela, Valentina, Simone, and Luca were always ready to help us at the front desk, and gave us the best recommendations. Corrado, Melissa and the other waitress at lunch (whose name I am forgetting!) were greats servers who taught me a lot about Sardinian food and drinks. The staff truly made our experience special, and we are so grateful to them.
