Ihre Damen und Herren an der Rezeption verdienen höchstes Lob. Kompetent, infomiert und sehr freundlich!!!!!!!! Ihre Reinigungsdamen waren sehr höflich und haben unsere Zimmer bestens betreut, im Restaurant war die Serviceleitung sehr bemüht und höflich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in ihrem Hotel nach unserer .Rundreise verlängert, war bestes Hotel. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße Familie Pachernegg

The room was hot when you entered it and too hrs to call down, so if you go to the beach you would comeback to a sauna. Why would you have out door space if you cannot have the air conditioning on when you open the door as it automatically turns off. An iron and ironing board would be a good idea in the rooms as this is the first hotel i have stayed in that does not have this facility And is charged for

amazing stay and will remember this for a long time staff were fantastic particularly in reception grounds were magnificently maintained pool was lovely always loungers available little room touches were memorable - the toiletries brushes shaving kit all made this 5 star loved the info about the swallows the design of the hotel was done to a 5 star plus standard the bar was delightful but cocktails were of a poor standard eg non alcoholic pina colada was poorly made belini was really average - flat sparkling with poor quality peach juice feel free to get in touch
