Il personale è davvero tutto molto gentile e cortese. Alla reception sono sempre stati molto disponibili e cortesi, non ricordo i nomi ma ringrazio davvero tutti. Anche nel ristorante Giacomo ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, sempre attento e cortese. La struttura è molto bella e le camere confortevoli, ottimi i prodotti di cortesia. Complimenti davvero e ci rivedremo sicuramente.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Siehe dazu auch unsere Google-Bewertung: Zimmer: Sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Modernes Badezimmer. Der Raum ist nicht allzu gross, aber man befindet sich ja vorwiegend am Strand und am Pool Hotel generell: Sehr schöne Anlage mit Restaurant, Bar, grosse Gartenanlage mit grossem Swimming-Pool. Essen: Sehr fein. Regelmässig werden traditionelle sardische Menü angeboten (Land und Wasser). Sehr reichaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Personal: Alle Mitarbeitenden (Rezeption, Gastro und Housekeeping sehr zuvorkommend. Umgebung: wunderbarer Strand in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen entlang der Küste mit zahlreichen Buchten. Das Meer ist glasklar, verbunden mit dem weissen Sand wähnt man sich in der Karibik. Ein Mietauto ist empfehlenswert, auch wenn man es nicht so häufig benutzt, da sich das Hotel nicht in einem Ort mit Geschäften und Restaurants befindet. Hoteleigener PP steht zur Verfügung.

Besonders gefallen hat uns in Hotel, dass die Dienstleistungen immer perfekt erbracht wurden. => Das Personal war immer höflich, professionell und im Hintergrund. => Ebenso, dass obwohl ein stehender See direkt neben dem Hotel war, gab es kaum Mücken. => Im Restaurant wurden spezielle "Anforderungen", wie Laktosefrei, sofort gelöst. => Das "perfekte" Wasser im Pool (kein Chlor-Geruch) Einzige "Nachteil", aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts: - Es fehlt die "Umgebung" zum Laufen/Wandern. - die nächste Ortschaft ist 20 min (Pula) mit dem Auto entfernt. - Es gibt "nur" den sehr feinen Sandstrand mit den teuren Liegen von der Gemeinde. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub zum Ausspannen und Geniessen am Strand.

It was a pleasure to be introduced to Sardenia during our first visit by your exceptional resort and staff. As an Italian born abroad I could have never imagined Sardenia was so beautiful and welcoming. Our arrival from Vienna was seamless with front staff and Luca making everything feel perfect. Renting a car (delivered on site), a day at a spa and local areas to explore. We had breakfast and dinner at the resort where Michele and the staff made sure we tried all local dishes, all exquisite , the fregula, branzino, lorighittas ansd of course the seadas. We will return and definitely be talking about Aquadulci to all our friends

We had the best stay at Aquadulci. It's in a secluded oasis that is absolutely beautiful and totally serene. The staff immediately made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They helped us arrange a boat ride ahead of our stay, and this was our favorite day of our trip. The breakfasts were incredible with an overabundance of options, but the dinner service was also just as good. The pool was beautiful, and the beach was just a short walk away. We were there in the off season so the water was too cold for swimming but it was still beautiful to walk along and watch the sunset. Our room was gorgeous and had 2 balconies with ocean views that we casually read books on when were taking a break from the sun. Overall, the hotel was on the smaller side and gave a smaller luxury boutique vibe. I loved that smaller luxury feel. We got a 5 star hotel experience in a smaller local private inn type of stay. Together, we've been to over two dozen countries, and this was one of the top 3 hotels we've ever stayed in.

During my stay I experienced an issue with the air-conditioning in my room. What could have been a very negative experience was completely transformed thanks to the professionalism and customer care of the manager, Valentina. She came personally to inspect the problem, explained the situation clearly, and handled everything with great courtesy. I especially appreciated that she never blamed her colleague but instead took the opportunity to learn from the situation and improve service for the future. Her thoughtful approach and the fair compensation offered went beyond my expectations. Please extend my thanks also to the staff on duty, their attitude and helpfulness contributed to turning a difficult night into a positive overall experience.
