We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel, and the staff truly made us feel at home. A special thank you to the breakfast supervisor, who was tall, slim, incredibly warm, and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to ask for his name, which I really regret. On our first morning, the four of us girls were sitting outside, so we didn’t realize that there were additional à la carte dishes available from the menu. He specifically came over and kindly let us know about them. The next morning, when I was having breakfast inside, he recognized us and said, “You didn’t order anything yesterday, would you like to order something today?” It was such a small gesture, but it felt incredibly personal and thoughtful. We genuinely felt remembered and cared for, rather than just being another group of guests. The front desk ladies were also very warm and welcoming, and the bar staff were equally kind and accommodating. We had bought our own wine and asked if we could borrow four wine glasses from the hotel, and the bartender was more than happy to help us. It was such a simple gesture, but it really made us feel comfortable and at home. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so warm and memorable. The hospitality here truly made a difference, and we would be very happy to come back.

I would like to congratulate the whole staff. They were amazing from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Floran ( sorry if misspelled) - the maitre and Jessica - the waiter, who we had a closer contact with. They were gentle, kind, interacted with us and made us feel really welcomed. We really appreciated that! The meals were really good as well. We loved the system offered and the quality of the meals. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa in questo albergo e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore! Eravamo una famiglia con quattro bambini e siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza e un’attenzione davvero fuori dal comune. La struttura è pulita, curata e perfetta per le famiglie. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, ideali anche per chi, come noi, viaggia pieno e con bambini. Il personale è stato sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, facendoci sentire come a casa. La cucina è stata eccezionale, piatti ottimi, vari e di qualità, con tante proposte adatte anche ai più piccoli. Ogni pasto è stato un vero piacere. I bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo e noi genitori abbiamo finalmente potuto rilassarci, sapendo che tutto era organizzato alla perfezione. Durante il soggiorno ho festeggiato anche il mio 30º compleanno e lo staff, insieme a mia moglie, ha organizzato una sorpresa davvero speciale durante la cena. È raro trovare un posto dove tutta la famiglia, grandi e piccoli, si senta così bene. Un enorme grazie a tutto lo staff per aver reso la nostra vacanza speciale e indimenticabile. We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful hotel. The views are spectacular, the lifts to the beautiful hikes were so convenient, as was the lift to S. Christina. We did get the lift pass for the time we were there. We added in and loved the Seceda hikes and area. We had one of the best meals at the restaurant at the hut! We hope to bring our children and grandchildren back someday as we felt it was an excellent family resort. The hikes around the hotel with play stops, the pony rides, pools, playgrounds were child oriented. It’s a beautiful place to visit in the summer. I’d imagine it would be equally as outstanding in the ski season.

The hotel is beautiful with surrounding the mountains and trees. I enjoyed watching domestic animals like cows, horses and sheep outside of the hotel. Ottimo soggiorno, punto di forza la posizione dell'hotel molto panoramica e permette di partire con gli sci agganciati dal deposito. Complimenti al personale di sala molto attento e professionale, qualità della cucina e del servizio molto alta (ottima colazione - molto varia e cena equilibrata con ampia scelta soprattutto considerando anche l'apprezzatissimo buffet). Pulizia impeccabile, sia per le aree comuni che nelle camere.

Insgesamt sehr guter Service (Rezeption, room service (sehr ordentlich), Restaurant,...), alles sauber und gepflegt. Ob Rezeption oder room service, alle Personen waren stets sehr freundlich. Speziell auch das Personal im Restaurant (Frühstück/Abendessen) und Küche muss lobend erwähnt werden... außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, stets sehr freundlich und um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste (auch um ansprechendes und aufgefülltes Buffet) bemüht. Speisenauswahl, -vielfalt und Geschmack ließen keine Wünsche offen, sehr lecker (zumindest für unseren Geschmack :-)). Wir haben uns (erneut) sehr wohl gefühlt, werden sie gerne weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Monte Pana, dieses Mal zu unseren Flitterwochen! Es ist jedes Mal etwas absolut besonderes bei Euch. Vom Einchecken, bis zu der Aussicht aus den Zimmern, über das Frühstücksbuffet, bis zur hervorragendes Bar und natürlich dem überragenden Abendessen - alles war fantastisch! Begleitet von sehr sehr gutem Personal sind wir immer wieder gerne da und werden nächstes Mal auf jeden Fall länger als zwei Nächte bleiben!
