Anche se siamo stati ospiti soltanto 3 gg abbiamo fatto in tempo a percepire un’ottima organizzazione e disponibilità verso il cliente, mettendolo immediatamente al primo posto. Location sulle piste top e anche comodo sia il parcheggio dell’Hotel che il noleggio sci a fianco. Torneremo sicuramente perché è tutto meraviglioso! The people who responded to my email questions regarding arrival/route/taxi were incredibly helpful and responsive. Those same people at the front desk were friendly and again, so helpful answering questions and arranging the taxi service when I left. I had a massage which was terrific, and arranging it with the wellness center was straightforward and easy. The catering was delicious and varied, and the staff was excellent, especially Vladyslava. I will highly recommend the hotel and hope to stay again someday!

Again, staff was super professional, apologetic, etc. We salute Florin and his staff in the dining room. Everything there was great. We also had a great check in experience with with Joanne? Laura? apologies for not remembering her name. She took time to recommend activities, lift routes, and even checked the weather report for us. No issues with the staff at all, just disappointed that we had to have 2 windows open all night very wide letting in light and also wafting in smoke from people smoking out front.

Everyone was brilliant. From calling a couple of days before our stay as our car hire situation had changed - Justyna was very helpful and patient with me! The restaurant staff were great and accommodating. The reception staff were fantastic too. We even received free bus tickets to help us get around which was amazing. It was also really lovely to have a complimentary massage treatment as we stayed with you for our anniversary. The whole stay was amazing.

Ringraziamo tutto il personale, dal check-in , al bar, pulizie, ristorante, guardia notturna, area wellness e management. Essere circondati da persone allegre e premurose ha reso ancora più piacevole la nostra vacanza. La ristorazione è davvero incredibile, complimenti allo staff perché in 10 giorni non abbiamo mai trovato un piatto banale, ogni sera una nuova sorpresa e il servizio al tavolo è sempre stato impeccabile. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di partecipare alle cene con rinfresco della domenica e alla cena di ferragosto che è stata davvero meravigliosa. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la cura dimostrata da tutti per ogni dettaglio. Complimenti di cuore e grazie per la bellissima vacanza che avete contribuito a rendere ancora più speciale. The restaurant staff were amazing. They adjusted really nicely to our needs with a baby (eg they got us warm milk every morning). I would especially call out Cristian for his friendliness and care during our visit. Also the housekeeping staff were great. They even folded our bathrobes, which I didn't expect. Our welcome at the reception was very nice and the pre check in form really helped speed up the check in process. The property and the grounds and mountain views are exceptional!

Es war von A-Z ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Alle waren unwahrscheinlich bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Toller Service, an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und an der Bar. Hervorzuheben war am Abend das super leckere und sehr reichhaltige Essen. Die Bewertungen mit zu wenig Essen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Manchmal war es für uns sogar zu viel. Das reichhaltige leckere Buffet vorweg mussten wir sogar immer ausfallen lassen, da es sonst zu viel wurde. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich.
