2026-09-26

Schöner Aufenthalt, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.

2026-09-26

Weiter so, vielen lieben Dank .

I would like to express my special thanks and appreciation to Giovanni (I hope I have not misspelled his name from the reception team). During my stay, Giovanni has been exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. He consistently went above and beyond to assist us, always with a smile and genuine care. His professionalism is outstanding, but what makes him truly exceptional is that he combines it with warmth, kindness, and a positive attitude. In my experience, this is a very rare combination of qualities. Employees like Giovanni create memorable experiences for guests and represent the very best of hospitality. Please pass on my sincere gratitude to him for all his help, commitment, and dedication. He is truly an exceptional person and a great asset to your hotel. Please take especially good care of him 😊 With warm regards, Jacek Piotrowski
