Having rented cars from a few different suppliers at Bergamo, this experience was by far the best. The service at the desk was perfect, and very efficient both on collection, return, and return of the deposit. The provided car was excellent. I will certainly look to use Viaggiare again. My only issue was with making the original booking via the website, which had some issues. However, Giada called me and sorted this out quickly and easily.

First of all the velocity of getting the car without a reservation it was supper. The location of the car was great,while traveling i enjoyed every km. At the delivery it was a bit stressful because of the entry in the parking Lot but after that it was very quick and understandably delivery. Thank you all for the pleasant business done together

We were lucky to get to your offices just before closing as my flight was delayed. The person at counter greeted us warmly and processed everything efficently, explained where and how to get to the car and how to drop it off and return the car key as we would be doing this when the office was closed.
