Thanks for your service at Bergamo airport. This was our first time renting a car and everything worked fine. When picking up the car, fuel range was 640km and when returning and refueling the car, range was 750km. So, fuel tank wasn't full when starting, but it wasn't big mistake.

Having rented cars from a few different suppliers at Bergamo, this experience was by far the best. The service at the desk was perfect, and very efficient both on collection, return, and return of the deposit. The provided car was excellent. I will certainly look to use Viaggiare again. My only issue was with making the original booking via the website, which had some issues. However, Giada called me and sorted this out quickly and easily.
