Our experience at Palazzo Lecce Hotel was excellent, largely thanks to Caterina, who was absolutely delightful at all times. From the moment we checked in, she welcomed us warmly, offered us a coffee, and took the time to explain the hotel’s location within the old town. She also provided very helpful recommendations regarding parking and restaurants in the area. A particularly thoughtful detail was her personalized attention: she remembered exactly what we had for breakfast and made sure to offer it to us each morning. Breakfast was outstanding, with special mention to the perfectly prepared poached eggs. Overall, Caterina’s service was impeccable and truly enhanced our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Magnifique expérience dans cet établissement exclusif. Accueil excellent, personnel aux petits soins. Chambre très bien décorée. Literie exceptionnelle. Sauna dédié aux 6 chambres de l'établissement. Nous étions seuls et avons vraiment apprécié. Le must : petit déjeuner fabuleux avec pâtisseries maison, fruits rouges frais, etc. Merci pour votre accueil.

It is a very nice place. The welcome was very kindly. We’ve got a lot of information and tips for our trip. Every morning the breakfast was delicious. You can chose a lot if things and ask for more.
