The hostess was so charming and welcoming. She made my visit most relaxing and congenial, when it would have been easy to be intimidated by teh grabndeur. My many thanks to her. The buffet was delightful, i liked the availability of fruits and teh opportunity to taste small portions of things. Sometimes large itens are intimidating. Service wonderful.

All what we expect from a host, was managed well: the room was great (exept from the nois from outside, but this has nothing to do with the room itself), breakfast was very nice, people we very helpfull and kind and in case of questions, these we (by what's app) answered very quickly.

Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, con un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Valentina, che ci ha accolto con grande cortesia, assegnandoci una camera ancora più bella di quella prenotata e permettendoci di posticipare il check-out. La posizione è ideale, nel cuore del centro storico di Lecce, con tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La colazione è incredibile, ricca di scelte e davvero deliziosa. Our experience at Palazzo Lecce Hotel was excellent, largely thanks to Caterina, who was absolutely delightful at all times. From the moment we checked in, she welcomed us warmly, offered us a coffee, and took the time to explain the hotel’s location within the old town. She also provided very helpful recommendations regarding parking and restaurants in the area. A particularly thoughtful detail was her personalized attention: she remembered exactly what we had for breakfast and made sure to offer it to us each morning. Breakfast was outstanding, with special mention to the perfectly prepared poached eggs. Overall, Caterina’s service was impeccable and truly enhanced our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Magnifique expérience dans cet établissement exclusif. Accueil excellent, personnel aux petits soins. Chambre très bien décorée. Literie exceptionnelle. Sauna dédié aux 6 chambres de l'établissement.
