Valentina and her team are exceptionally professional and go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay. During our visit, we encountered an issue when one of the clothes hangers left paint marks on a pair of trousers. Valentina immediately offered to have the trousers cleaned at a local dry cleaner. When this unfortunately did not resolve the problem, she handled the situation promptly and reimbursed us for the damaged item without any unnecessary discussion or inconvenience. Her proactive approach, professionalism, and commitment to guest satisfaction were greatly appreciated and reflect the high standard of service provided by the entire team.

Our experience at Palazzo Lecce Hotel was excellent, largely thanks to Caterina, who was absolutely delightful at all times. From the moment we checked in, she welcomed us warmly, offered us a coffee, and took the time to explain the hotel’s location within the old town. She also provided very helpful recommendations regarding parking and restaurants in the area. A particularly thoughtful detail was her personalized attention: she remembered exactly what we had for breakfast and made sure to offer it to us each morning. Breakfast was outstanding, with special mention to the perfectly prepared poached eggs. Overall, Caterina’s service was impeccable and truly enhanced our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel.
