From the moment we arrived at the reception until we left two days later everything was perfect - the friendliness, our beautiful room with balcony and terrace and the gorgeous breakfast that kept us going all day. Many thanks to Mateo who was extremely helpful in all aspects of our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him from explaining the local history and city layout to a full guided tour of the hotel.
