The breakfast staff were amazing. Also the Maitr D' of the restaurant and the waitress one time we had lunch. The Soa staff were also brilliant - friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. We were not impressed with our arrival or check in where staff seemed harried and not very helpful but we were patient ( probably more than a lot if guests would be!) and realised they were not having a great day. The next day onwards they were charming so we quickly forgot their initial reception and the long wait for our room to be ready. But hence the lower scores for checkin

Your location is perfect and the spa is wonderful. The cleaning is very good. The all over service is great, especially the service in the dining hall. Out of 10 possible, Matteo gets 12. Thank you very much and we will probably come back later. We will recommend your hotel to our friends.
