Our room was gorgeous, with an unrivalled view. Breakfast service was the highlight, with very attentive staff working breakfast. The reception staff looked very busy which meant their demenour was slightly direct and not as friendly as the rest of the staff. They were very happy to help us with organising a transfer though.

Thanks to the reception staff for offering us information on how to explore the local area and answering all of our questions. The rooms were cleaned and tidied daily and of a high standard. The lady who runs breakfast was delightful - we were always greeted with a smile and a hello - asking how we slept and if we were ok. The food was replenished and tables tidied constantly. We had a stunning view from our bedroom window and loved the local area with small beach and access to the lake, a choice of restaurants as well as waterfront areas to sit and relax. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar as it offered a lovely place to sit and relax while having a drink and taking in the stunning views. A perfect mini break!

We had excellent stay at the hotel. We enjoyed the roof top terrace and tasty food at the lobby bar and the beach front restaurant. The room was comftrable and shower was luxuorius. We loved the views to the lake and to the back garden. Also service was excellent all the time. It was nice to be in more quiet area away from the big crowds. The surroundings of the hotel were lovely and we enjoyed spending time at the Malgrate beach area which was very clean and lovely place to hang out and read a book or dip toes in the lake!

I'm fortunate enough to have stayed at some of the best hotels all over the world. I can say, without reservation, that the overall experience at Promessi Sposi is the best to date - anywhere! Everything at the hotel just comes together - from the super helpfull and friendly staff, to the quality of the breakfasts and dinner options, to the spotless hotel and of course, the location. Très belle établissement nous conseillerons nos amis s ils veulent voir le lac de comes . Quand même un petit bémol.La facturation pour l animal de compagnie est un petit peu excessive.
