Our room was gorgeous, with an unrivalled view. Breakfast service was the highlight, with very attentive staff working breakfast. The reception staff looked very busy which meant their demenour was slightly direct and not as friendly as the rest of the staff. They were very happy to help us with organising a transfer though.

Thanks to the reception staff for offering us information on how to explore the local area and answering all of our questions. The rooms were cleaned and tidied daily and of a high standard. The lady who runs breakfast was delightful - we were always greeted with a smile and a hello - asking how we slept and if we were ok. The food was replenished and tables tidied constantly. We had a stunning view from our bedroom window and loved the local area with small beach and access to the lake, a choice of restaurants as well as waterfront areas to sit and relax. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar as it offered a lovely place to sit and relax while having a drink and taking in the stunning views. A perfect mini break!

We had excellent stay at the hotel. We enjoyed the roof top terrace and tasty food at the lobby bar and the beach front restaurant. The room was comftrable and shower was luxuorius. We loved the views to the lake and to the back garden. Also service was excellent all the time. It was nice to be in more quiet area away from the big crowds. The surroundings of the hotel were lovely and we enjoyed spending time at the Malgrate beach area which was very clean and lovely place to hang out and read a book or dip toes in the lake!

I want to give thanks to the whole staff at the hotel for an awesome experience. But most special thanks to Samantha as she was extremely helpful from the beginning to end of my stay. I arrived extra early with a very long trip and she made sure that I was accommodated into my room as soon as one was available. Her care and dedication to the clients was evident from the very first day and I was a witness of the importance that she placed on everything she did. The whole front desk staff was amazing. I am horrible with names, but I remember Gina was also very helpful, as also were the rest of the team that unfortunately I was not able to capture their names. The room cleaning service was great and performed an amazing job every day making sure my room was impeccable. If I go back to the area in the future I am definitely going back to your hotel.

My favourite were carrot cake (because it wasn’t too sweet) and small apple pies 🥧 Really loved courgette and carrot to go with the scrambled eggs for breakfast! In some hotels in Italy there’s a complete absence of vegetables which are important for nutrition and gut health. Loved the room - very spacious and it was kept clean.
