I arrived extra early with a very long trip and she made sure that I was accommodated into my room as soon as one was available. Her care and dedication to the clients was evident from the very first day and I was a witness of the importance that she placed on everything she did. The whole front desk staff was amazing. I am horrible with names, but I remember Gina was also very helpful, as also were the rest of the team that unfortunately I was not able to capture their names. The room cleaning service was great and performed an amazing job every day making sure my room was impeccable. If I go back to the area in the future I am definitely going back to your hotel.

My favourite were carrot cake (because it wasn’t too sweet) and small apple pies 🥧 Really loved courgette and carrot to go with the scrambled eggs for breakfast! From the moment we arrived, our experience was exceptional and full of pleasant surprises. You allowed us to check in an hour earlier than scheduled, which was a much-appreciated gesture. From the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, we were greeted with a warmth that remained throughout our stay. The staff helped with our luggage, and the receptionist explained everything in detail and with great care, always willing to assist us with whatever we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room was not only prepared for us but also for our dog, with food bowls ready and the room climate adjusted to our arrival. The experience was a perfect ten, and we were sad to leave because we were so comfortable. The hotel’s location is incredible, and Malgrate has a beautiful essence that we fell in love with. I would like to highlight the kindness and humanity of all the hotel staff, from the receptionists to the housekeeping and restaurant staff. Every morning at breakfast, the staff radiated positive energy. From the moment we entered the room, they ensured we had a clean table ready for us. We especially appreciated the lady with short black hair who works at breakfast; she brought water for our dog every morning and made sure everything was to our liking. At checkout, we were also pleasantly surprised that only €30 was charged for our dog, as we were told the room had been kept very clean. The housekeeping service was impeccable, leaving the room in perfect condition each day. After a day of activities, it was a true pleasure to return to a room that was so comfortable and well-prepared. Even small details, like spotless windows that allowed us to fully enjoy the view, were very much appreciated. The only minor issue we had was that we ran out of shower gel on the first day, and it wasn’t replenished. However, this was partly our fault as we didn’t notify anyone, since we were using the sink gel, which also works for the body, so it wasn’t a big problem. The amenities were also lovely touches, and the smart air conditioning system in the room is amazing—completely silent and always maintaining the perfect temperature. Additionally, having access to the indoor garage was a huge plus. Congratulations on your exquisite service and your dedication to customer care. I wish that all hotel experiences were as wonderful as the one we had at yours.
