Thanks to the reception staff for offering us information on how to explore the local area and answering all of our questions. The rooms were cleaned and tidied daily and of a high standard. The lady who runs breakfast was delightful - we were always greeted with a smile and a hello - asking how we slept and if we were ok. The food was replenished and tables tidied constantly. We had a stunning view from our bedroom window and loved the local area with small beach and access to the lake, a choice of restaurants as well as waterfront areas to sit and relax. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar as it offered a lovely place to sit and relax while having a drink and taking in the stunning views. A perfect mini break!

We had excellent stay at the hotel. We enjoyed the roof top terrace and tasty food at the lobby bar and the beach front restaurant. The room was comftrable and shower was luxuorius. We loved the views to the lake and to the back garden. Also service was excellent all the time. It was nice to be in more quiet area away from the big crowds. The surroundings of the hotel were lovely and we enjoyed spending time at the Malgrate beach area which was very clean and lovely place to hang out and read a book or dip toes in the lake!

i had the best time ever in HPS, even beyond my expectations due to my room upgrade at my arrival, i enjoy the most this beautiful lake view also been able to enjoy the rooftop with the beautiful weather we had breakfast staff very professional especially the brunette with the short hair - appreciated the freshness and the selection of products including the non dairy / vg options the spa area and the fireplace are musts gracie per tutti!
