We did try Bluh with expectation of the regional dishes beyond seafood would be explored, as the hotel restaurant did. We felt there was not enough diversity in subject dishes other than seafood. The hotel restaurant prepared many beautiful traditional Italian coastal dishes. Would’ve expected an even higher level of exquisite flavors and presentations. Separately, we thought the chocolate soufflé was a bit heavy and dominating for the delicate nature of the Bluh offerings. The serving staff was eager to serve and well prepared.

Honestly we had such a lovely and special stay the last two days. We had one of the best meals of our life at Bluh Furore and the staff and all the food we consumed the entire stay was out of this world. The front desk staff and wait staff were exceptional. We were touched by the gift in our room to celebrate our 25th anniversary. And we were very grateful to be upgraded. The grounds of the property and the overall calm were so beyond. We just loved our time there.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at the Furore Grand Hotel!! We had the most lovely 3 nights enjoying our honeymoon on the Amalfi. The staff truly go above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience. Many thanks for the sweet welcome cake surprise, the towels and water for the Furore Fjord adventure, and the easy bookings to/from the Amalfi port to/from the hotel. All the reception staff (Roberta, Mara, and others) plus wait staff (Dominico, Sara, AnaMaria, Jonathan) and pool/wellness staff (Vicente, Raquel, Antonella) were so incredibly kind and even the drivers Fulvio, Eugenio and Andrea were so great to talk to! The private boat tour was our favorite!!!! Gio was one of our favorites - a consummate professional with a fantastic knowledge of cocktails. We appreciated all of our conversations. The only thing that was more exceptional than the hotel (location, amenities, vibe) was the incredibly friendly, competent, and accommodating staff. They helped create the perfect and most relaxing weekend getaway for my spouse: prior to arriving, the Roberta and the staff proposed activities we could do, the created an incredible flower basket, provided a shuttle from Naples to Positano. They were extremely responsible and followed through on our request to find a place on the Amalfi coast to watch the Rolland-Garros women’s final. The 2 restaurants are wonderful and the chef has created an original menu. He earned his Michelin star, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he adds another star ⭐️.

The Furore Grand is like a little piece of heaven. From the moment you come through the door you are treated with kindness and care. The staff that clean the rooms, make sure you have everything you need, special little touches before you go to bed are all so thoughtful. The service is exceptional from the Reception, to the Restaurant, the Spa, the Bar (they made one of the best Amaretto Sours I have ever had!) and the drivers - all considerate, polite and nothing is too much trouble. Vincenzo, the Concierge was approachable, helpful and quick to respond to any query we had - all of these things allowed us to relax and switch off, which is all we needed. The food is wonderful - the chefs are exceptional at what they do - thank you. Gifting us a reflexology session in the Spa, after our difficult start to the holiday was over and beyond and so appreciated. Thank you all - what a special place it is - we would recommend the Furore Grand to anyone wanting somewhere super special to stay on the Amalfi coast.

The hotel was exquisite from location to service, food and atmosphere. A few special acknowledgements to Mara from the front service desk to the restaurant manager Sara. They made our stay extra special with their eagerness to assist and smiling faces.

My husband J. Fernando and I (Kathleen Mimnagh) had the unique privilege of being the first guests of the seson. A special thanks you to all the staff who were so kind and welcoming. From Roberta's advance call and welcome, Anna, Michaela and later Sara the administration were great. Gio at the bar welcomed us with and aperol Spritz and 12 hours later prepared his signature Whiskey drink. He is very committed to his work and profession and had just prepared a new unique drink menu for the season. Likewise your amazing chef Vincenzo Russo and all his staff, (especially our serve)r at the Bluh Furore prepared and served one of the best meals we have ever had. He and his staff totally deserve another Michelin star. Thank you to Sommelier Giovanna for her spot on recommendations. Also thank you to Dominique and Fulvio for driving us down to Amalfi in the resort's lovely Black Mercedes limo. We want to return again with our sons to share the magic of the Amalfi Coast and the Furore Hilton and its' wonderful staff. Thank you again!

Unfortunately, our stay was only for one night, we stayed in the town of Amalfi for the remainder of our trip. Nonetheless, we loved our experience with all of you!
