The entire staff from the front desk, management, to every member of wait staff, housekeeping, even groundskeeping greeted us with a smile, showed utmost professionalism combined with kindness and care in every interaction with my husband and I. I wish I had received the names of the brilliant front desk ladies as they were exceptional! Ms. Laura, on one of the busiest days during our stay ( a wedding party was in full swing) took care of an anomaly with our room with immediacy and without question; her level of care and pride in her position was evident & clearly shown in the manner in which she solved this. She couldn’t have been more gracious and nicer to us. Our stay at FGH was simply brilliant. From Domenico moving our table to our own little “corner”, to the bartender that spoke with my husband about his love of Tennessee bourbon, the young lady who turned down our room who always had the biggest smile & warm hello when I crossed her path, & again, each and every amazing front desk gals who made sure our every request was taken care of, seamlessly. They communicated well with each other and had options ready for us at every siting. The food at Furore was some of the best we had on our entire 10 day trip across Italy. We also were impressed with the concierge, who was helpful in connecting us with the nearby winery.

Vincenzo Miele was the best vacation planner ever / concierge. He was outstanding, perfect in timing the events, car service, dinners, boats, etc. If not for him our vacation time would not have been perfect. Roberta and front desk staff were always so positive and professional. They followed up on all our reservations and car service reservations and made sure we had tickets for all our events. Aris and entire dining staff were the best presenters and servers ever. Their service and response to our every need was nothing but 100% effort. Housekeeping was like clockwork - they were prompt and so dedicated to our every need from cleanup to turn down service. This hotel and staff is a well-oiled machine and you can see the teamwork across the board.

Abbiamo (e in particolare ho) viaggiato molto (accanto alla carta gold di Hilton, che per un periodo è stata diamond, ho quella gold di Marriott e, per un periodo ho avuto il livello platinum con Sofitel, ho avuto quindi modo di sperimentare molti hotel) raramente ho trovato, accanto a professionalità e cortesia, un così eccellente rapporto fra personale e cliente, sempre senza eccedere, mantenendo il giusto equilibrio. In modo particolare ricordiamo alla reception Michela, alla ristorazione lo chef Vincenzo, il pasticcere Paolo, la sommelier Giovanna, il maitre di cui purtroppo non ho avuto modo di annotare il nome, alla SPA Anna Rosaria e ugualmente i due autisti. Perched right on the cliffs above the Amalfi Coast, the views alone are worth the splurge. Truly a beautiful hotel and view of the coast. Excellent personalized service by the staff. The team quickly resolved some minor issues like ants in the room as well as not having seating on our balcony. These small minor issues were the reason why I did not rate a 10 for accommodation. However, overall, we chose not to go on an excursion to Capri because the hotel was so beautiful and relaxing. The ambient music played throughout the hotel really added a nice touch.
