From remembering small details about us, to helping us celebrate our wedding anniversary with a beautiful room, prosecco and cake, to the overall excellent service and treatment we received throughout our stay, we found everyone at FGH to be top notch and have been telling everyone back home what a wonderful stay we had and how much we recommend Furore Grande Hotel. Many luxury hotels claim to deliver unparalleled levels of service, but few really do. Thank you so much for being one that actually does! Roberta at the front desk was outstanding. She welcomed us warmly and was always extremely helpful, insightful,accomodating, and personable. We appreciated the shuttle to Amalfi and felt particularly safe and taken care of with Dominick (?Domenico). We enjoyed not having to worry about driving on the winding roads and Dominick put us at ease with his excellent driving. The food at acquarasa was excellent. We especially enjoyed the pizzas.

The entire staff from the front desk, management, to every member of wait staff, housekeeping, even groundskeeping greeted us with a smile, showed utmost professionalism combined with kindness and care in every interaction with my husband and I. I wish I had received the names of the brilliant front desk ladies as they were exceptional! Ms. Laura, on one of the busiest days during our stay ( a wedding party was in full swing) took care of an anomaly with our room with immediacy and without question; her level of care and pride in her position was evident & clearly shown in the manner in which she solved this. Chiara and Roberta were excellent! They helped us reorganize our days after weather and travel issues messed up our planned activities and itinerary. They were patient, kind, and creative. The level of personal service was incredible. Maitre'D Antonio? Were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with regard to our daughters food allergies. They communicated well with each other and had options ready for us at every siting. The food at Furore was some of the best we had on our entire 10 day trip across Italy. We also were impressed with the concierge, who was helpful in connecting us with the nearby winery.

Staff at the pool — a 10. Staff at the front desk — better than a 10 and wonderful. Both restaurants — excellent and a 10. Please remember the tasting menu takes an explanation and is confusing . Be patient — lead waiter with beard was a bit irritated and we couldn’t understand him or the process. Tall thin gentleman helped us greatly . Your staff is fabulous

We felt like we were the most important guests in the entire resort. Every staff member went out of the their way to help us. Whether it was with drinks, towels at the pool, small little needs throughout our stay, or reservations and car services. It always felt like we were the number one priority.

This truly was one of the best hotels we have stayed at and we stayed at 4 during this trip!! Fabulous staff! From desk workers Michaela,Chaira, Vencenxo and Marina plus ALL staff each day unbelievable. We stayed 6 days :) Housekeeping, bar workers, drivers were very very good! I would rate higher than a 10! Everyone was punctual and went way above and beyond with a smile I started getting sick with asthma but Vincenzo and Michaela worked very hard to get me the best meds I needed. What a lovely stay! We will highly recommend your hotel! We loved the A-ma-ra as well. Pizza and dishes were great. Thank you to all of your personnel in giving us a fabulous week 😊

Thanks especially to Vincenzo Miele, all the front desk staff, the amazing chefs and all the catering staff Everyone was great and I could not have wished for anything more Housekeeping was exceptional, our rooms were spotless In addition it’s extremely important for me to note Maria Teresa D’Ursi who was beyond helpful she was instrumental with booking my rooms and tour arrangements, laying all the ground work before she gracefully handed me over to of Vincenzo Miele (Who we cannot thank enough!) I stated working with Maria Teresa in December and the only regret I have is not being able to meet her and thank her in person The grands were perfect as well emphasizing the surrounding natural beauty Shuttle drivers were very friendly, helpful and safe drivers (we are not used to that type of skilled driving here at home)! Your staff has raised the bar for all my future vacations anywhere other than the Grand Furore! They gave me and my family of 5 the vacation of a lifetime! Thank you a million times over !!!

Vincenzo Miele was the best vacation planner ever / concierge. He was outstanding, perfect in timing the events, car service, dinners, boats, etc. If not for him our vacation time would not have been perfect. Roberta and front desk staff were always so positive and professional. They followed up on all our reservations and car service reservations and made sure we had tickets for all our events. Aris and entire dining staff were the best presenters and servers ever. Their service and response to our every need was nothing but 100% effort. Housekeeping was like clockwork - they were prompt and so dedicated to our every need from cleanup to turn down service. This hotel and staff is a well-oiled machine and you can see the teamwork across the board.

Abbiamo (e in particolare ho) viaggiato molto (accanto alla carta gold di Hilton, che per un periodo è stata diamond, ho quella gold di Marriott e, per un periodo ho avuto il livello platinum con Sofitel, ho avuto quindi modo di sperimentare molti hotel) raramente ho trovato, accanto a professionalità e cortesia, un così eccellente rapporto fra personale e cliente, sempre senza eccedere, mantenendo il giusto equilibrio. In modo particolare ricordiamo alla reception Michela, alla ristorazione lo chef Vincenzo, il pasticcere Paolo, la sommelier Giovanna, il maitre di cui purtroppo non ho avuto modo di annotare il nome, alla SPA Anna Rosaria e ugualmente i due autisti.
