We would like to thank the management for running such a wonderful operation, I do think the check-in process could be a little bit quicker however, that is such a small issue, all the staff was wonderful, polite, attentive. Special things to Sara who made us stay dining, so enjoyable as well as Genaro too. Vincenzo and Concierge was able to arrange two separate drivers, both of which were truly professional, and we had great journeys to the hotel from the airport and then from the airport to Bari. We also liked the shuttle, which had very convenient times.

We had a wonderful stay. The mocktails at check in were a great introduction as we enjoyed the view. Everyone was very gracious, attentive, and helpful! Mara was great at attending to and anticipating our every need. We had an excellent meal at Acquarasa. Our compliments to the chef! WOW! What an incredible stay for my daughter and I on our first trip to the Amalfi Coast. The hotel is stunning...the pools, the grounds, the restaurants. Even more so though, we thoroughly appreciated the staff at the hotel. They made our stay top notch. Special thanks to Vincenzo for his gracious help with reservations, information and suggestions. The private boat tour was our favorite!!!! Gio was one of our favorites - a consummate professional with a fantastic knowledge of cocktails. We appreciated all of our conversations. Truly the entire staff was so helpful and always willing to accommodate our American ways (iced coffee, smoothie requests). We 100% will and have recommended this great hotel to others. Oh, the shuttle to Amalfi is fantastic too! GREAT JOB to everyone. We were sad to leave but had the absolute best time and the hotel staff and stay made this one of our best trips!

The only thing that was more exceptional than the hotel (location, amenities, vibe) was the incredibly friendly, competent, and accommodating staff. They helped create the perfect and most relaxing weekend getaway for my spouse: prior to arriving, the Roberta and the staff proposed activities we could do, the created an incredible flower basket, provided a shuttle from Naples to Positano. They were extremely responsible and followed through on our request to find a place on the Amalfi coast to watch the Rolland-Garros women’s final. The 2 restaurants are wonderful and the chef has created an original menu. He earned his Michelin star, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he adds another star ⭐️.

The Furore Grand is like a little piece of heaven. From the moment you come through the door you are treated with kindness and care. The staff that clean the rooms, make sure you have everything you need, special little touches before you go to bed are all so thoughtful. The service is exceptional from the Reception, to the Restaurant, the Spa, the Bar (they made one of the best Amaretto Sours I have ever had!) and the drivers - all considerate, polite and nothing is too much trouble. Vincenzo, the Concierge was approachable, helpful and quick to respond to any query we had - all of these things allowed us to relax and switch off, which is all we needed. The food is wonderful - the chefs are exceptional at what they do - thank you. Gifting us a reflexology session in the Spa, after our difficult start to the holiday was over and beyond and so appreciated. Thank you all - what a special place it is - we would recommend the Furore Grand to anyone wanting somewhere super special to stay on the Amalfi coast.

He is very committed to his work and profession and had just prepared a new unique drink menu for the season. Likewise your amazing chef Vincenzo Russo and all his staff, (especially our serve)r at the Bluh Furore prepared and served one of the best meals we have ever had. He and his staff totally deserve another Michelin star. Thank you to Sommelier Giovanna for her spot on recommendations. The entire staff from the front desk, management, to every member of wait staff, housekeeping, even groundskeeping greeted us with a smile, showed utmost professionalism combined with kindness and care in every interaction with my husband and I. I wish I had received the names of the brilliant front desk ladies as they were exceptional! Ms. Laura, on one of the busiest days during our stay ( a wedding party was in full swing) took care of an anomaly with our room with immediacy and without question; her level of care and pride in her position was evident & clearly shown in the manner in which she solved this. From Domenico moving our table to our own little “corner”, to the bartender that spoke with my husband about his love of Tennessee bourbon, the young lady who turned down our room who always had the biggest smile & warm hello when I crossed her path, & again, each and every amazing front desk gals who made sure our every request was taken care of, seamlessly. Laura was superb. When the room anomaly was brought to her attention she handled it swiftly, effectively, and efficiently. She even had a backup plan in case things weren’t fixed to our satisfaction. Front desk staff was fantastic. They handled our stay and transportation plans very well. The restaurant staff was very attentive. Particularly Dominico. Very well done. The front desk staff, particular the gentleman working the night of August 18th, was very helpful in recommending places not only locally, but in Rome, where I was returning to the following night. Very good staff interaction all around from moment of check-in, during the stay, through check-out.
