The Furore Grand is like a little piece of heaven. From the moment you come through the door you are treated with kindness and care. The staff that clean the rooms, make sure you have everything you need, special little touches before you go to bed are all so thoughtful. The service is exceptional from the Reception, to the Restaurant, the Spa, the Bar (they made one of the best Amaretto Sours I have ever had!) and the drivers - all considerate, polite and nothing is too much trouble. Vincenzo, the Concierge was approachable, helpful and quick to respond to any query we had - all of these things allowed us to relax and switch off, which is all we needed. The food is wonderful - the chefs are exceptional at what they do - thank you. Gifting us a reflexology session in the Spa, after our difficult start to the holiday was over and beyond and so appreciated. Thank you all - what a special place it is - we would recommend the Furore Grand to anyone wanting somewhere super special to stay on the Amalfi coast.

My husband J. Fernando and I (Kathleen Mimnagh) had the unique privilege of being the first guests of the seson. A special thanks you to all the staff who were so kind and welcoming. From Roberta's advance call and welcome, Anna, Michaela and later Sara the administration were great. Gio at the bar welcomed us with and aperol Spritz and 12 hours later prepared his signature Whiskey drink. He is very committed to his work and profession and had just prepared a new unique drink menu for the season. Likewise your amazing chef Vincenzo Russo and all his staff, (especially our serve)r at the Bluh Furore prepared and served one of the best meals we have ever had. He and his staff totally deserve another Michelin star. Thank you to Sommelier Giovanna for her spot on recommendations. Also thank you to Dominique and Fulvio for driving us down to Amalfi in the resort's lovely Black Mercedes limo. We want to return again with our sons to share the magic of the Amalfi Coast and the Furore Hilton and its' wonderful staff. Thank you again!

Chiara and Roberta were excellent! They helped us reorganize our days after weather and travel issues messed up our planned activities and itinerary. They were patient, kind, and creative. The level of personal service was incredible. Maitre'D Antonio? Were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with regard to our daughters food allergies. They communicated well with each other and had options ready for us at every siting. The food at Furore was some of the best we had on our entire 10 day trip across Italy. We also were impressed with the concierge, who was helpful in connecting us with the nearby winery.

From desk workers Michaela,Chaira, Vencenxo and Marina plus ALL staff each day unbelievable. We stayed 6 days :) Housekeeping, bar workers, drivers were very very good! I would rate higher than a 10! Everyone was punctual and went way above and beyond with a smile I started getting sick with asthma but Vincenzo and Michaela worked very hard to get me the best meds I needed. What a lovely stay! We will highly recommend your hotel! We loved the A-ma-ra as well. Pizza and dishes were great. Thank you to all of your personnel in giving us a fabulous week 😊
