Ringrazio tutto lo staff per la gentilezza e pazienza riservata alla mia famiglia e soprattutto verso mia figlia che essendo piccola spesso ha combinato piccoli pasticci durante la cena come ad esempio la rottura di un salino. Nonostante questo i ragazzi della sala si sono dimostrati molto cordiali e pazienti. Grazie ancora per tutto e davvero complimenti.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Kinder wurden vom Bubble Club (eigentlich von allen Mitarbeitern) mit Herzen begrüßt und haben es sehr genossen. Vor allem unser ältester, wir wollten mit ihm Eis essen gehen, aber er wollte nicht, er wollte in den Bubble Club. Vielen Dank an ALLE Mitarbeitern, es war wundervoll :)

One suggestion would be to run a shuttle bus down to the town every half hour or hour. Wir möchten uns bei Ihnen für 8 wunderbare Tage der Leichtigkeit, Entlastung und Erholung bedanken. Mit ihrem Haus haben sie einen Ort geschaffen, der (nach unserer Definition) für Familien mit Kindern in jeder Altersklasse "der perfekten" Urlaub ermöglicht. Ein wirklich erstklassig aufmerksames, freundliches und dennoch unaufdringliches Team in jedem Bereich, vom Empfang, über Restaurant und Bar, bis zu Spa und Zimmerservice. Die Kinderbetreuung gefiel uns gut, leider haben unsere Jungs (2 und 4 Jahre) nicht alleine teilnehmen wollen, was ich auf die mangelnde Auslastung mit anderen Kindern (sie waren mit Ausnahme eines weiteren jüngeren Kleinstkindes alleine mit den Betreuerinnen, die kaum deutsch sprachen) erkläre und eine echte Bezugsperson fehlte. Das Haus selbst, unser Zimmer und die gesamte Ausstattung und der Look & Feel haben unseren Geschmack voll getroffen. Ein besonderer Dank geht auch an die wirklich ausgezeichnete Küche ihres Hauses! We had a wonderful week at Gardea and we can’t wait to return. The hotel is beautiful but what really made it really special was that every single member of staff couldn’t do enough for us. Everyone was wonderful; from the preparation of the room upon our arrival with a side along bed and rails for our older baby, to the team at breakfast and dinner each day and the baby club team and the reception team, genuinely everyone couldn’t do enough for us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — their warmth and attentiveness truly stood out. The food was absolutely incredible, with a variety of delicious options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable — you can tell everything is new and well cared for. Our kids had the best time at the kids club, which gave us some time to relax knowing they were in great hands and having fun. This resort really exceeded our expectations. Das Beste was uns bisher passiert ist. :-) Wir dachten soetwas gibt es nicht! Private Atmosphäre, nicht zu groß, tolles Ambiente und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Freundliches und lächelndes Personal, gutes Essen und trotz der willkommenen Kinder eine ruhige Atmosphäre, so fühlen sich auch die Eltern wohl. Tolle Spielbereiche für Kinder mit hochwertigen Spielsachen. Die beruhigende Musik im Hintergrund sorgt für Entschleunigung. This was our second time at Gardea Soulfamily, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming — perfect for families. Our children loved the kids club and the pools, which gave us the chance to truly relax and spend quality time together. Overall the staff are really great, so compliments to the management on training so well. I would in particular like to call out the mini club staff. Our kids are not always keen on kids clubs but it was hard to get them away from this one.

Thanks for a great family experience. The hotel is beautiful (the scenery, the architecture, the decoration in the common areas and rooms). And your staff (at the reception/in the restaurant/bar, at the kids club) is amazingly trained! The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed with amazing view of the lake and surrounding landscape , provided a truly relaxing environment. I especially appreciated the kitchen team , they treated us like their own family , the quality of the breakfast and dinner . poolside was always clean, plenty sun-bed available to relax , the pool water was warm and relaxing. We had a fantastic stay. The children had a great time at the bubble camp and were sad to not go to "kids camp" when we had to leave. We really appreciated the cold meal in our room as we had a late arrival- it really set the tone for the stay. Food was fantastic!! All in all, wonderful staff- friendly, courteous, helpful. Hope to return sometime!

Generell ist es ein super Hotel. Teils etwas hellhörig und die Gäste im Flur zu laut, dafür können Sie jedoch nichts. Im Wellness/Spa Bereich ist es zu hellhörig. Gerade wenn die Kinder gegenüber sind und spielen oder in dem Flur laufen vom Schwimmbad, ist Entspannung bei der Massage nicht so wirklich gegeben.
