Das Konzept ist wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehe wohl gefühlt. Man merkt im ganzen Haus dass vieles durchdacht ist. Vor allem das Zimmer war toll unterteilt. Die Qualität der Speisen war auch sehr hochwertig. Das shuttle nach Torpole war auch super, könnte aber öfter buchbar sein.

Wir möchten uns bei Ihnen für 8 wunderbare Tage der Leichtigkeit, Entlastung und Erholung bedanken. Mit ihrem Haus haben sie einen Ort geschaffen, der (nach unserer Definition) für Familien mit Kindern in jeder Altersklasse "der perfekten" Urlaub ermöglicht. Ein wirklich erstklassig aufmerksames, freundliches und dennoch unaufdringliches Team in jedem Bereich, vom Empfang, über Restaurant und Bar, bis zu Spa und Zimmerservice. Die Kinderbetreuung gefiel uns gut, leider haben unsere Jungs (2 und 4 Jahre) nicht alleine teilnehmen wollen, was ich auf die mangelnde Auslastung mit anderen Kindern (sie waren mit Ausnahme eines weiteren jüngeren Kleinstkindes alleine mit den Betreuerinnen, die kaum deutsch sprachen) erkläre und eine echte Bezugsperson fehlte. Das Haus selbst, unser Zimmer und die gesamte Ausstattung und der Look & Feel haben unseren Geschmack voll getroffen. Ein besonderer Dank geht auch an die wirklich ausgezeichnete Küche ihres Hauses! Das Beste was uns bisher passiert ist. :-) Wir dachten soetwas gibt es nicht! Private Atmosphäre, nicht zu groß, tolles Ambiente und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Freundliches und lächelndes Personal, gutes Essen und trotz der willkommenen Kinder eine ruhige Atmosphäre, so fühlen sich auch die Eltern wohl. Tolle Spielbereiche für Kinder mit hochwertigen Spielsachen. Die beruhigende Musik im Hintergrund sorgt für Entschleunigung. We have enjoyed the kids-focused hotel idea. Great team at the Kidsclub (particularly Michele also there the previous year). Most staff is extremely nice, helpful and prepared. Perhaps the hotel idea is not as geared toward older kids?

Come già scritto sopra riteniamo che l’intero staff sia eccellente. Tutto il personale si è dimostrato disponibile, cordiale e con un’innata capacità di far sentire a proprio agio l’ospite. In particolare in ogni caso ci teniamo a complimentarci con il maitre del ristorante che in più di un’occasione è venuto incontro alle nostre richieste, sollevandoci da ogni imbarazzo in momenti in cui il bimbo era più irrequieto. Allo stesso modo ci complimentiamo per il personale della Spa, entrambi preparati, competenti, gentili ed empatici.
