Our recent stay at Palazzina Grassi in Venice was simply extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, Edoardo and his team welcomed us with a warmth and professionalism that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The cherry on top was the unexpected upgrade to a spectacular rooftop suite, offering views that truly elevated our time in Venice. Our first evening was equally impressive. Michaela and his team hosted a welcome dinner that was not only delicious but thoughtfully prepared. They even went out of their way to assist my companion with a purchase from a nearby supermarket, showing a genuine dedication to going above and beyond. The food was superb, and their signature Martinis deserve a special mention—crafted to perfection! The front desk and concierge team also deserves special recognition. They were quick to respond to our every need, from offering guidance during our stay to helping us when one of our bags was damaged by the airline. Their professionalism and readiness to go above and beyond made us feel thoroughly looked after. Throughout our stay, any minor issues that arose were promptly and professionally handled. The staff ensured every detail was attended to with care. As the only Philippe Starck-designed hotel in Europe, Palazzina Grassi offers a unique charm and sophistication that is both rare and refreshing. If we had to be absolutely critical, it would only be that while breakfast service was incredibly efficient and professional, it might have benefitted from a slightly “warmer” touch to match the rest of the hotel’s exceptional hospitality. But this is a small note in an otherwise flawless experience. Overall, our stay at Palazzina Grassi was nothing short of fantastic, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to experience Venice with style and elegance.

Rachele’s hospitality went above and beyond any expectations. She was so kind to help make every day of our stay seamless and exceptional. She was in constant communication with us and we honestly can’t thank her enough for making our vacation in Venice a perfect and memorable experience. Massimiliano was also incredibly helpful during our stay with many requests and help with a room upgrade that we truly appreciated. We got to experience two amazing suites, both gorgeous and special in their own way. Chiara took the time to send us a great video of the room option. Giacomo and Irene were very kind helpful all throughout our stay and Alice greeted us with the kindest and warmest welcome. The hotel redefines concierge and hospitality. We had such an amazing time. Reception staff were all welcoming and helpful. Breakfast team also were professional, and kind and very helpful. Our room was sparkling clean everyday. We also had dinner in the restaurant one evening and we thought the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend and come back to this hotel and this restaurant again. You have an amazing staff all around and you should be very proud. We travel frequently and have been to Venice numerous times, this is now our new hotel to visit. My husband already left a Tripadvisor review under the name "fabulousfidel" and I will leave one also.

This is the most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed in Venice and possibly anywhere and we travel a lot! And we have stayed at the Gtitti Palace and much prefer this. The room was gorgeous.
