We had a truly wonderful and very social stay for my 40th Birthday celebrations. Staff went over and above to meet our every need and we loved every minute of our stay at the hotel. We had wonderful views from our loft room and the suite was fantastic. Our waiter (who was born in Venice) was so kind, attentive and gave us some great suggestions to visit. We wish we could have stayed longer but had left two little ones at home for the first time so we could enjoy time together. It was a perfect location and perfect hotel so close to everything and we really appreciated being made to feel so special. Thank you. Jennifer

We can’t rave about your hotel and staff enough! Everything was top notch. The tone was set by the hand written welcome note. The staff deserves an 11, your breakfast an 11 and the Venetian aperitif was a special and memorable experience. Your chef Fabio is very talented. We didn’t catch everyone’s name but some we met who impressed us were Rachel, Irene, Massimo, Vanya, Philipo, Ricardo and Michelangelo (not sure we got his name right, hope you know who we mean. It was confusing to turn on and off, and dim, and after about 10 minutes all the lights would turn completely back on for no reason? Not sure if they were motion activated or timers or what but lights shouldn’t be that complicated. Otherwise we loved the people there

First, I lost me note with names I wanted to mention. First the two ladies that served us in bar area. They have worked together for years. Second the wonderful young lady that took our note to hand deliver to a couple living in Venice. Went out of her way to help us. I want to also thank the gentleman that helped us get back to hotel during low tide after gondola ride. We could not get off at hotel, and when we had to get off elsewhere he was there to lead us back. All in all your hotel has a wonderful staff. I will highly recommend.

You are not a five star hotel, you are a six star hotel. Love the Starck design, but what really made our stay was the staff. Thank you so much for a stay we will remember for the rest of our lives. I am usually a low maintenance guest, but not really on our last trip. We arrived on a delayed train with an unexpected early termination. At the last minute, the staff made it seamless to get there and assisted us. My wife has some minor physical challenges and we booked a Gondola ride; the staff assisted her with boarding at a nearby dock. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great visit to Venice.

Every single member of staff we came into contact with during our stay were exceptional and fully focussed on giving excellent customer service. Polite, courteous and a credit to the hotel. From the reception to the bar, restaurant, bellboys and the room cleaning staff were impressively on point! Irene was Amazingly helpful. She is kind and friendly and treated us so nice. She helped us get into the Fondaco dei Tedischi Terrance last minute. It was such a treat. All thr concierge and front desk people were fantastic. For breakfast, Michaele served us multiple mornings. His attention to details and remembering our preferences were really appreciated. I would definitely like to say thank you to the main gentleman who was extremely helpful (he also charged my additional night on my behalf. He also used to work at tour other hotel near Tyrol, Italy). The room was beautiful. The card slot fell out of the wall and the safe did not work (both issues were addressed before I left).
