We had a truly wonderful and very social stay for my 40th Birthday celebrations. Staff went over and above to meet our every need and we loved every minute of our stay at the hotel. We had wonderful views from our loft room and the suite was fantastic. Our waiter (who was born in Venice) was so kind, attentive and gave us some great suggestions to visit. We wish we could have stayed longer but had left two little ones at home for the first time so we could enjoy time together. It was a perfect location and perfect hotel so close to everything and we really appreciated being made to feel so special. Thank you. Jennifer

It was confusing to turn on and off, and dim, and after about 10 minutes all the lights would turn completely back on for no reason? First, I lost me note with names I wanted to mention. First the two ladies that served us in bar area. They have worked together for years. Second the wonderful young lady that took our note to hand deliver to a couple living in Venice. Went out of her way to help us. I want to also thank the gentleman that helped us get back to hotel during low tide after gondola ride. We could not get off at hotel, and when we had to get off elsewhere he was there to lead us back. All in all your hotel has a wonderful staff. I will highly recommend.

I came for my dinner on 10th and I was very happy with the service and the food. Especially the raw selection of fish!!!! The source was super amazing and the fish was fresh. I will definitely come back for more! I am content with the service of the staff and they were really helpful.( forgot their names though ) I was bitten by mosquitoes and they tried to help me find some spray even tho didt find any but still. Big thanks to them.

You are not a five star hotel, you are a six star hotel. Love the Starck design, but what really made our stay was the staff. Thank you so much for a stay we will remember for the rest of our lives. I am usually a low maintenance guest, but not really on our last trip. We arrived on a delayed train with an unexpected early termination. At the last minute, the staff made it seamless to get there and assisted us. My wife has some minor physical challenges and we booked a Gondola ride; the staff assisted her with boarding at a nearby dock. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great visit to Venice.
