Azzurra and Upali are both wonderful people and workers. From our check-in to help with the unit to Azzurra helping us with reservations and daily advice, we were very comfortable. Upali helped us with the bags and every time we saw him would ask if we needed anything- he even jumped in our car with us to help me locate the parking garage. They were both very warm and sweet and really added to the experience. Everywhere Azzurra recommended was also great dining experiences. Thank you guys! 10/10.

Thank you for all your help while we were in Florence. We really enjoyed our stay. The trip to Tuscany, especially the vineyard and the visit to Greve were the best part of our trip. The accommodations were great. The only negative would be the noise level in the front of the apartment, which made it difficult to sleep.

Cecilia and Azzurra were highly professional and no request was denied. We had lost luggage on the front end of our stay due to KLM baggage meltdown. Communication was impossible at the airport as our Italian is very limited. They took charge and made daily calls to lost luggage at Peretola airport. On departure. Our flights were cancelled three times. They assisted with our transfer changes multiple times including on January 6 epiphany holiday. I cannot thank them enough. HIGHLY APPRECIATED AND RECOMMENDED!!!

The property was so well appointed and the service provided by Cecilia was excellent. We were there for a longer period of time so we requested additional cleaning(fees apply) and the housekeepers do an amazing job. The location was excellent, the accommodations were excellent, and the service was amazing. We are looking at other properties for a longer stay in the future.
