Our checkin person was so friendly and helpful. We LOVED the apartment. Only issue was that a TERRIBLE stench took over Saturday night in the master bedroom. My husband had a cold so could not smell and we turned off the AC so he was not getting cool air blown on him- this may have been part of the problem. I could not sleep in the stench and had to move to the other bedroom which had TWO smelly diffusers that also kept me up until I located both of them and removed them. The number of diffusers in the apartment make me think that this is not an unusual issue...I know it is old but it was aawful

Communication was impossible at the airport as our Italian is very limited. They took charge and made daily calls to lost luggage at Peretola airport. On departure. Our flights were cancelled three times. They assisted with our transfer changes multiple times including on January 6 epiphany holiday. I cannot thank them enough.
