Cecilia and Azzurra were highly professional and no request was denied. We had lost luggage on the front end of our stay due to KLM baggage meltdown. Communication was impossible at the airport as our Italian is very limited. They took charge and made daily calls to lost luggage at Peretola airport. On departure. Our flights were cancelled three times. They assisted with our transfer changes multiple times including on January 6 epiphany holiday. I cannot thank them enough. HIGHLY APPRECIATED AND RECOMMENDED!!!

The property was so well appointed and the service provided by Cecilia was excellent. We were there for a longer period of time so we requested additional cleaning(fees apply) and the housekeepers do an amazing job. The location was excellent, the accommodations were excellent, and the service was amazing. We are looking at other properties for a longer stay in the future.

We were very pleased with the whole experience with our stay at Duchess Sofia. The location was incredible, the two bedroom apartment was beautiful. The only thing I would say is that it can be a little loud at night because you are right in the heart of Florence. Azzura and Cecelia were great, answering all of my question prior to my arrival. Azzura was exceptional in particular. She responded to every WhatsApp, call, question immediately. She helped to make all of our transfer and transportation reservations. She also arranged for multiple excursions, a cooking class in the apartment and they were great, including lunch reservations on our excursions. When we did have questions about the Air Conditioning or needed anything during our stay they were right on it immediately. I would highly recommend Dimora Italia.

Cecelia & Azzurra were excellent hosts. They were in constant contact before and during our stay. They responded quickly to inquiries, and Ceclia organized a wonderful Chianti day trip for us in the weeks before our visit and made a great dinner reservation for us on our arrival. She is very knowledgeable about restaurants in Florence. She spent a long time chatting with us about our plans. We were also greeted outside by their colleague upon arrival, who assisted with our baggage. The Dimora accommodations are exquisite. The apartment has a wonderful layout with beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, giving each guest a private space to relax, sleep and bathe, terraces to enjoy the city and hilltop views, and a large common space to gather and dine. There is even a powder room in the common space, and a washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms! There is also a compact jewel of a kitchen. They have anticipated your every need. The Dimora does not disappoint, and we hope to try more of their properties on future trips to Italy.
