Palazzo de Mori was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff was always friendly and helpful, our room was wonderfully bright and airy. The breakfast was excellent. Bravo à toute votre équipe. J'ai mis 8 sur l'accueil d'arrivée car nous avons dû attendre un peu sans retour mais ce n'est vraiment rien (mais pas parfait). La musique des établissement à côté faisait aussi peur mais ce point est géré adroitement et ne pose aucun problème. L'accès est aussi compliqué mais dû à la position privilégiée de votre établissement. Merci pour vos informations et conseils. Je rajouterais bien Punta 7 comme bon restaurant quoiqu'un peu plus éloigné...

Sergio, and the other woman whos name I cannot recall (she is Neapolitan and wears glasses) were incredibly helpful and professional. They refused to let me grab my bags despite how heavy they were (I felt guilty!), gave me many suggestions on where to go in Otranto and within Salento/Puglia, and were very accommodating when my wife and I were a little late for breakfast. They were excellent! Overall, the accommodations were amazing, as was the view. Would stay again!
