Gentili Signore e Signori, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero molto piacevole presso la vostra struttura. L’intero complesso ci è piaciuto moltissimo: tutto era estremamente pulito, curato e nel complesso molto accogliente e suggestivo. La scorsa settimana siamo stati trasferiti all’ultimo momento dal Bandino presso la vostra struttura, e per questo vi siamo molto grati. Dopo aver visto il Bandino, siamo stati ancora più convinti che la vostra struttura sia decisamente più bella e meglio mantenuta. Anche tutto il personale della Tenuta Centoporte è stato sempre molto cordiale, attento e disponibile. Vorremmo in particolare sottolineare Alessio, che ci ha assistito nel pomeriggio presso la piscina. È stato sempre aperto, molto premuroso e allo stesso tempo piacevolmente discreto, senza mai risultare invadente. Tenuto Centoporte was a real jewel. The facilities were perfect, the hotel and lovely gardens were perfectly maintained, I have never seen such clear water in a hotel swimming pool, and most important: ALL the staff were friendly, and I had the feeling that they work together well, imparting a lovely atmosphere which guests can sense. I wish I could come back, at my age unlikely. O yes, and a stunning breakfast, the biggest selection I've ever experience. PS. In Monopoli I stayed in 4-star hotel, which was poor in comparison with TC.

Vorrei ringraziare tutto lo Staff della reception che ci ha accolto e accompagnato nel nostro soggiorno: gentilissimi, preparati e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni singola richiesta; vorrei poi ringraziare lo staff del ristorante (i camerieri e in particolare il metre Stefano) per il servizio impeccabile e l’assistenza in sala a tutti i miei ospiti, nel giorno in cui abbiamo celebrato il Battesimo di Caterina; in ultimo, ma non per importanza, vorrei ringraziare, in modo particolare, Ludovica, che mi ha seguito, aiutato e consigliato in tutte le fasi dell’organizzazione della Cerimonia di Battesimo di Caterina, a partire dal mese di maggio, non facendomi mai sentire in difficoltà per i km che ci separavano. Mi ha fornito ogni genere di informazione e chiarito ogni genere di dubbio. Sempre disponibile al telefono. Il giorno della cerimonia poi, causa un forte vento, abbiamo dovuto effettuare la cena all’interno e cambiare all’ultimo tutta la programmazione; tuttavia l’eleganza della location anche all’interno e la preparazione di tutto lo staff hanno permesso la riuscita dell’evento in maniera eccellente.

Incredibly happy with our stay at Tenuta Centoporte! We have previously been at three other hotels in the area and this one is by far the most outstanding one. From the amenities to all members of the staff, our holiday was truly wonderful. We were especially thankful for all the amazing recommendations we got from reception, e.g.: towns, beaches, activities, restaurants and to the wonderful staff during breakfast and dinner service!
