Your rental units were the perfect end to our 2026 Europe Family vacation. Perfectly located mere steps from Roma Termini. Close proximity to major attractions in the city. Spacious rooms with comfy beds. A stocked mini-fridge, a full bathroom and even a second attached room for our kids!

The Hotel management and staff were very accommodating allowing us to leave our bags before check in and also allowing us to check in an hour early. The beds were the best we had slept in out of 4 hotels and the small details were appreciated down to snacks left free for your consumption and a paper map for your use. The 47 steps up to the entrance door inside the building (2nd floor) are a bit of a hike but the Hotel does warn you of this when booking. It’s only 200m from the Rome Termini rail station and there is plenty of places to eat and shop around. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Veronica was extremely helpful and accommodating at check in and explained everything we needed to know. The room was comfortable, had all we needed and was directly across from the train station so we could easily get to the airport in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Se agradece las atenciones que tienen con los huéspedes, dejar cafée y productos en la nevera cambian totalmente la experiencia de quienes rentamos sus apartamentos, ya en a veces uno llega cansado y olvida comprar algo como una soda y que uds deje hasta galletitas, café de vrdd qué hace la diferencia. Nos encantó y lo recomendamos 100% a nuestros amigos y sin duda será nuestra opción al visitar Roma nuevamente. También el que permitan dejar el equipaje es de mucha ayuda ya q nuestro vuelo salía por la noche y no tuvimos problemas en buscar donde dejarlo ya. Gracias por todo.

We found 47 Steps a welcoming and friendly place. We were given information and a map, enjoyed the free coffee machine. The location is outstanding for train travellers - a one minute walk to Roma Termini for regional and Metro trips. We would happily stay there again.
