She was extremely friendly and sweet! Also it was nice to have a high-powered blow dryer in room and free snacks in mini bar even though I didn't take them. I am Platinum at both SPG Marriott and IHG chains and I usually stay at those because I can check in early, I can check out at 4PM, and I get upgraded rooms, but sometimes staying at other hotels such as 47Steps is more convenient...

A wonderful stay! Great location to the train station and a supermarket. A little hard to find but just keep your eyes peeled for the 47 Steps sign. Snacks were complimentary and a great little touch. Accommodation was clean. Really nice staff so thank you Veronica.

Pulizia, camere nuove con infissi abbastanza insonorizzati, ho apprezzato molto anche gli snack e le bibite in omaggio (oltre alla zona comune con macchinetta del caffè e microonde) . La vicinanza con la stazione Termini è perfetta per chi vuole essere sempre vicino a tutti i mezzi. Le due proprietarie sono state gentilissime e simpaticissime. Tornerò sicuramente!

Thanks for keeping our luggage before and after check in and check out. The bathroom amenities were very appreciated and the room is very spacious and bed comfortable!

The room was comfortable, clean and the communication was great. Surprisingly quiet for being across the street from the train station. The little community kitchen area was nice added space. The 47 steps up, was a bit of a hike and check in was a bit confusing for a minute, but that could have been because we were so exhausted from not getting Any rest the night before while staying at the Relais Fontana di Trevi Hotel. (Don't stay at the Trevi!). I would recommend staying here, especially if you are taking an early train. Thank you :0)

Special thanks to Veronica for helping out iron my wifi issues and entry on arrival. Really great set up in a good location to access rail and metro. Room was cleaned daily and felt like a really looked after property. Will recommend to friends.
