We appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The towels were also of nice quality. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks in the refrigerator. The wine bottle opener was a nice feature - even luxury hotels don't often have that. The phone app for building access was helpful.

We found 47 Steps a welcoming and friendly place. We were given information and a map, enjoyed the free coffee machine. The location is outstanding for train travellers - a one minute walk to Roma Termini for regional and Metro trips. We would happily stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. 3 keys was somewhat confusing. The young lady who cleaned our room was very friendly and did a wonderful job.

Our stay was made memorable by the friendly staff and all the added extras which we didn't expect, room was everything and more. And the communal space was great. Wouldn't go anywhere else if I visit Rome again.
