She was extremely friendly and sweet! Also it was nice to have a high-powered blow dryer in room and free snacks in mini bar even though I didn't take them. I am Platinum at both SPG Marriott and IHG chains and I usually stay at those because I can check in early, I can check out at 4PM, and I get upgraded rooms, but sometimes staying at other hotels such as 47Steps is more convenient...

After all day train travel from France to Rome, 47 Steps was a welcome and easy stop for us from Termini Station. Thanks to Veronica for her prompt responses to all our questions. Great room and great stay.

A wonderful stay! Great location to the train station and a supermarket. A little hard to find but just keep your eyes peeled for the 47 Steps sign. Snacks were complimentary and a great little touch. Accommodation was clean. Really nice staff so thank you Veronica.
