Our stay was wonderful other than the delay in getting information about checking in -that was the fault of our airline through whom we booked our stay. The only thing you could do better is to post signs in English, Italian, and maybe French or German telling people the phone number to call if visitors can’t get in or do not have instructions. Barbara was wonderful once we found her. Also, one of the residents, a small older Italian lady, really tried to help us. This was very sweet.

We felt that the entire process from reserving to check in was seamless, and all of our questions were answered very quickly when we needed something. The Prosecco and olive oil were such lovely gestures. We were impressed with the building as we never heard our neighbors. we would absolutely return and recommend to our friends. Oh yes, we also would like to compliment the cleaning staff, as it was so nice to come back to an immaculate room at the end of each day.
