We felt that the entire process from reserving to check in was seamless, and all of our questions were answered very quickly when we needed something. The Prosecco and olive oil were such lovely gestures. We were impressed with the building as we never heard our neighbors. we would absolutely return and recommend to our friends. Oh yes, we also would like to compliment the cleaning staff, as it was so nice to come back to an immaculate room at the end of each day.

Barbara you are a gem! You made our reservation at Patheon Unique Rooms perfect! From the pre-contact with us advising of details, to the arrival check in, to the saving our "rears" when we forgot our chargers for our phone. And let's not forget the lovely greetings and smile everyday we saw you. Your staff is also very nice and seem to be very happy.
