We were a little hesistant having to buzz in without seeing anyone but it all worked out well! Thankful we ran in to someone in the morning to sort out payment because I completely forgot we didn't pay in advance!

Our stay was wonderful other than the delay in getting information about checking in -that was the fault of our airline through whom we booked our stay. The only thing you could do better is to post signs in English, Italian, and maybe French or German telling people the phone number to call if visitors can’t get in or do not have instructions. Barbara was wonderful once we found her. Also, one of the residents, a small older Italian lady, really tried to help us. This was very sweet.
