Staff were very polite, and helpful. Room very quiet, hotel has lots of character, and historic connections, and very traditional. In a perfect location for exploring the town and surrounding areas. La dame qui nous a accueilli à la réception était très serviable : elle a accepté immédiatement de nous fournir une autre chambre que celle qui nous était destinée (nous devions avoir la chambre dont la fenêtre donne sur la terrasse intérieure et nous avions peur que cela soit bruyant notamment le matin lors du petit déjeuner). Elle nous a également fourni une liste de restaurants recommandés et s’est également occupée de réserver pour nous une table au restaurant.

We had a lovely introduction to San Gimignano through L’Antico Pozzo. The parking instructions were excellent, and making our way to the hotel, even at 9:00 at night, with our luggage was a breeze. It was the perfect location and such a rich, comfortable setting, we felt pampered and enjoyed our stay tremendously. I highly recommend this hotel. Grazie for your hospitality!

Ich war seit 2011 das fünfte Mal hier und wieder sehr zufrieden. Das L'Antico Pozzo bietet ein sehr gutes Prei-/Leistungsverhältnis, Empfang und Serviceleistungen sind optimal. Wenn ich wieder einmal nach San Gimignano komme, komme ich auf jeden Fall auch wieder hierher.

Très bien placé à dans la rue principale , facile d’accès depuis le parking 3/4 , ce palazzo est très joliment décoré .Nous recommandons la chambre 10 sur la terrasse. La direction donne de très bons conseils de restaurants et l’équipe du petit déjeuner et des chambres sont sympathiques , serviables et efficaces . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .
